The ride on the train was painfully long. You two had about three more hours before you reach the closest train station. What made this ride seem even longer was the stubborn man who sat in front of you. His face changed from his usual cream skin tone to a pale gray.

You silently whipped up another motion sickness remedy. This one was white with milk of the poppy. Despite explaining that it wasn't poison the man refused to drink it. His face turned a pale white as the train swayed back and forth.

"Here." You spoke while motioning the bubble to his mouth. He glanced up at the bubble with a drained expression.

"I don't want it." He grumbled before laying down on the seat and crossing his arm over. You grow deepened at his childish actions even though he was a grown man.

"If you don't take it I will force it down your throat."

He turned his head and sent you a smirk. He sat up from bed laying down position and ran his eyes over you. "I'd like to see you try."

You took his up on his challenge and flicked your wrist. His hands were immediately bolted down against the seat cushion with stone restraints. Panic glossed over his eyes and he tried to break free. You stood from your seat lead forward.

Laxus moved his body around in an attempt to getaway. "Stop struggling." You hissed at him and he shook his head.

"I will end you." He growled at you He said in a panicked tone.

"Are you scared?" You laughed at him and he frowned his.

"No, I have absolu-"

You pinched his nose and forced the medicine down his gullet. He squeezed his eyes tight in attempts to breathe through his nose. You pinched even harder as he squirmed.

He opened his mouth with a gasp showing that the water made it down to his stomach. You let go of his nose and backed away. He let out a few coughs before sending you a glare.

"Don't give me that look, I'm helping you out." You said and lifted the rock restraints.

"I didn't ask for your help." He barked back and you rolled your eyes. You crossed your legs over and looked out the window.

"You don't have to ask for help. I'm trying to make this trip tolerable for myself." You answered back while shooting the man a glare. He rolled his eyes before letting out a deep chuckle.

"You've got a sharp tongue and a nasty attitude." He mumbled while staring down at his hands. You let your (e/c) eyes stay on his face while he looked up at you completely.

"Well I'm sorry you have an issue with my attitude and the way I speak to you. I just figured you would be able to take a remedy that would be helping you in the long run, y'a big baby." You snapped back before he could even finish his sentence.

"Baby! Who are you calling a-"

You glanced out the window while Laxus continued to rant. You watched as a red dot flew into the air and gradually got bigger. Your eyes widened at the sight of the spark getting closer to the train. You snapped your head towards Laxus who was still going on about your insult.

"MOVE!"

✰ ✰ LAXUS'S POV ✰ ✰

I looked up from my hands and found (y/n) leaping towards me. She wrapped her arms around my head and pulled me close to her chest. I turned us so much back was towards the window.

There was a loud explosion that blew up the side of the train which was still moving. I let out a groan of pain as glass shards imbed themself into my back. The heat from the explosion burned the bottom of my jacket before a bubble of water was formed around us.
