ELECTRIC CONNECTION (Reader x Laxus Dreyar) [Under heavy editing]

You stood on the roof of a building and looked down at the parade. A big smile glued to your face as you jumped around in anticipation. Laxus was already sitting on the float wearing a black and yellow suit. His hair was combed and gelled back so you could see his whole face.

You couldn't keep the smile off your face as you watched him on your float. It was a big yellow castle made out of lightning. You two were depicted as the King and Queen of the lightning kingdom, or so the master told you.

Your outfit flowed as the wind brushed past you. The chains that hung from you too danced across your skin as you started to walk. Your walked turned into a run until you were at a great angle to leap off the roof.

Your body formed a perfect arch as you fall down to the float. The wind whips past you and pulled your hair free from the loose bun it was pulled into. The float was coming quickly before you crash you flipped over and landed on your feet. You throw your hands in the air and smile. The crowd cheered as you waved from your float. You used your lightning as a cover to changed into your second outfit.

It was an elegant gold long-sleeve gown that dragged across the ground. With a slit on the right side of the dress that came up to the middle of your thigh and a neckline that plunged down to your belly. The entire dress dripped with sex appeal.

You let lightning leave your hands before turning to look at Laxus. He had a large smirk on his face as you made your way to him. I took a seat on his lap and crossed your legs over.

Laxus shifted your whole body so your back was pressed up against his hard chest. His arms wrapped around your waist and he rested his chin on your shoulder. You smiled and waved at the crowd while Laxus sat comfortably.

"I like this dress." He mumbled in your ear causing you to smile to grow a little.

"I figured you would, that's why I got rid of that ugly ball gown the master wanted me to wear." He chuckled and shoved his face in the crook of your neck. You felt his lips press against your skin gently. A light tingly feeling ran through your body.

"Mommy, what's he doing?"

"Oh my gosh, don't look dear."

"Can you not do that right now? There are children around." You snapped at the man who grumbled. He pulled his head away from your neck and let out a sigh.

The feeling slowly went away and you finally noticed the warm wet feeling on your neck. Your hand shot to your neck and you turned to look at Laxus. "You didn't just do what I think you did." You snapped and a smirk spread across his face.

"Unbelievable." You mumbled and stood from his lap. He followed behind you as you walked to the front of the float.

"Hurry up, Natsu's gonna blow a fuse about how his cue was late." You order him and hold your hand up to the sky. Laxus followed your acton and shoot off bolts of lightning. The bolts shift and mend into letters spelling out Fairy Tail.

A fire engulfed our lightning and you turn to look at Natsu. He laughs as Happy flies him around. He pointed his finger at you and laughed. You sent a small bolt of lightning his way and hit Happy.

The cat dropped the dragon slayer on your float. Natsu was immediately hit with motion sickness. You laughed at the poor boy who laid there unable to move. You turned away from the boy and looked up at Laxus.

He seemed to have something on his mind. "What was the point in this?" You ask while pointing to the large purple hickey on your neck.

Laxus turned to look at you and smiled. "I gotta let people know your mine." He mumbled before wrapping his arm around your waist.

You couldn't hide the wave of happiness that came over you. You were happy that those words left his lips but you weren't gonna just let him claim you as his so easily. "I don't care if you're claiming me as yours, your still restricted to my living room, kitchen, and the first-floor guest bathroom."

His eyebrows frown and you gave him a fake pout. "Aww, tough love 'Mr. One night stand'. I'm not about to on that list of girls." You say and pat his chest.

He rolls his eyes and pulls you closer to him. "What if I'm willing to put that all behind me?" He whispered to you and your eyes widened. You turned to look at him and found him with a serious look on his face. Your float came to a stop and you realized the parade was coming to an end.

"If you two are going to kiss just do it," Natsu grumbled from the ground. You pulled away from Laxus and glared at the boy.

"Would you shut up." You hissed at him before turning to look back at Laxus. "(F. Name) is in looooove." Happy sang in your ear causing you to snap.

"I will skin you alive cat." You growled causing the cat to shut its trap. You turned away from the three and rushed off the float. You didn't have time to think about what Laxus had said. You DEFINITELY didn't have time to beat up Natsu and Happy. You had a competition to win.

Luckily Evergreen offered to be your fourth person. You had to rush to the guild and get changed before preforming. This was gonna be a busy night.

"Time to win this contest."
