Off to the doctors.

The hours passed quickly. i had a little nap to boost my energy. Freddie came in and woke me up.
"Darling you need to get up, it's time to leave for the appointment" he says gently.
i rub my eyes then slowly open them to see Freddie above me.
"Good afternoon" i say in a funny but croaky voice.
he gives me some of his clothes to wear for now to go the doctors. i felt very happy to wear Freddie's clothes. i slip them on and go wash my face and do my hair in the bathroom.

Freddie calls up the stairs
"Darling are you finished up there?"

"Yes freddie i'm coming down now!!" i shout back.
i limp down the stairs and freddie takes me to his car. he politely opened the door.
"Thankyou" i say. "Well freddie i need to tell you something and this is going to sound really strange."
He looks into my eyes, with a confused expression.
"i'm not from this era. i'm from 2020, i know quite a bit about you and don't worry i'm not a creep it's the honest truth" jumbling up my words.
"what do you mean lilly? your from the future?" freddie asks confused.
"yes i can prove it to you. i know when you was younger you went to saint peters school, a long way from your parents. you moved to london when you were eighteen and got with a band called smile! " (i tell him way more but this is to shorten it..)
"wow, i never tell many people about my childhood. how do you know? "
" i just love you very much "i blush.

we arrived at the doctors and freddie sits down
next to me. i notice him staring.
"what you looking at mr mercury" i laughed.
"oh nothing" freddie turn round to the door acting innocent.
The door opened and a female doctor walked in.
"hi there, lilly is it?"
"hey, yes it is"
"right, my name is doctor Lawrence, how can i help you today?"
"well-" freddie butted in on the conversation
"i found her outside my home today passed out in the middle of the road, she has a massive lump on her head and a big bruise on her hip and it was bleeding like crazy while she was passed out"
"Do you mind if i check lilly?"
"oh of course!"
while doctor Lawrence checked my hip i looked at freddie and laughed at him because he butted in.
"That seems painful and i think you have a couple of broken ribs along with a big wound  we will need to operate straight away." the doctor explained.
i look straight over at freddie and give him a worried look.
"you will be fine dear i will wait for you" he says with a smile as i get pushed to the operating room.
