Harry said he would stay 2 more days for the funeral.

We got dressed and I was wearing a white long sleeve shirt with black dots all over it. I wore some dark blue pants and black flats. Harry wore black pants with a black suit and tie. We arrived the casket was closed. I found Ally, Grace, and Jenna there and we all had at least one tear running down our face. We got to our seats and the ceremony started. A man was standing on the podium and said "we will start off with playing Caroline's favorite songs and we all knew that her favorite group was One Direction. She would never stop talking about them. In fact one of the members are here today and I don't think Caroline could ask for anything more". They first played Strong then Happily. During Happily I saw a tear run down Harry's face. I could understand that because he's sitting there at one of his fans funeral. How could he not cry? I held Harry's hand and Happily ended. The same man came up again to the podium and said "Wow that was touching. Caroline was a sweet girl. She always could make a person smile.". He went to talk good things about her and then said "if there's anyone who would like to come up here and say a couple words to her she would really appreciate it". I looked around to see that no one was getting up probably cause of Harry or they were just too shy. I got up and walked to the podium. "Hello I'm Delilah Rose and i don't think many of you guys know me since I was only friends with Caroline for 2 weeks. We met at the One Direction concert and she was so nice and sweet to me. She told me so many things and all she basically talked about was One Direction and The Fault In Our Stars. I remember in the movie hazel says a line to Gus and she says 'there is an infinite number between 0 and 1. There's .1 and .12 and .112 and an infinite collection of others.' Hazel goes on and says 'some infinities are bigger than other infinities'. And Caroline I am so thankful for our little infinity. Since I'm about to cry right now I want to dedicate a song to Caroline and I think some of you may know it. I grabbed a stool next to me and moved it to the front of her casket as the song started. I held the mic and started to sing.

If I die young, bury me in satin

Lay me down on a bed of roses

Sink me in the river at dawn

Send me away with the words of a love song

Uh, oh Uh, Oh

Lord make me a rainbow, I'll shine down on my mother

She'll know I'm safe with you when she stands under my colors

Oh and life ain't always what you think it ought to be no
"
Ain't even gray but she buries her baby

The sharp knife of a short life. Oh well

I've just had enough time

If I die young, bury me in satin

Lay me down on a bed of roses

Sink me in the river at dawn

Send me away with the words of a love song

The sharp knife of a short life, oh well

I've just had enough time

I'll be wearing white when I come into your kingdom

I'm as green as the ring on your little cold finger

I've never known the lovin of a man

But it sure felt nice when he was holdin my hand

There's a boy here in town says he'll love me forever

Who would of thought forever could be severed by

The sharp knife of a short life, well

I've had just enough time

So put on your best boys I'll wear my pearls

What I never did is done

A penny for my thoughts, oh, no I'll sell 'em for a dollar

There worth so much more after I'm a goner

And then maybe you'll here the words I been singing

Funny when your dead how people start listening

If I die young bury me in satin

Lay me down on a bed of roses

Sink me in a river at dawn

Send me away with the words of a love song

Uh oh uh oh

Go with peace and love

Gather up your tears and keep em in your pocket

Save me for a time when your ready your gonna need em, oh

The sharp knife of short life, oh well

I've had just enough time

So put on your best boys I'll wear my pearls

(song: The Band Perry- if I die young)
I finished the song and got up from the stool. I walked over to Caroline's casket and kissed my hand and placed it on the casket. Everyone was clapping and I moved the stool out of the way. I sat back down next to Harry who whispered "nice speech". I just smiled at him. The man had got back on the podium and said "is there anyone else who would like to say a few words to Caroline?". I saw people starting to get up and now people were less shy saying a few things about her knowing that they weren't first. Everyone finished saying what they needed to say and we all went out side and made two long rows so the men could carry out her casket. We walked over by her grave and everyone had put sand on her grave. The funeral was over and Harry and I went home.
