(( SEVERAL MONTHS LATER ))

I sighed as I rushed about the house in search for bobby pins.
"I swear they're never anywhere when you need one...and when I don't need them I can find like ten in one of my purses!" I grumbled to myself.
"Harper bring the hairspray as well!" Mariah yelled.
I sighed but smiled, "sure thing" I called back.
I finally found a pack of untouched bobby pins as well as my hairspray in the downstairs guest restroom. I bound back upstairs and found my friends in my bedroom.
"Elise if you don't stop moving I swear on everything holy that I will burn your hair with this curling iron." Mariah griped.
"Here are the Bobby pins and hairspray." I announced as I entered the room.
"Thank you," Mariah smiled innocently, "could you please put a clear coat of polish on her nails and be extra extra careful."
I nodded my understanding and took note of the seriousness. I carefully applied the clear varnish onto Elise's fingernails while she sat in the seat irritably.
"Elise, cheer up girly." I smiled as I finished the task given to me, "it's your wedding day and you're here sulking like you're fixing to go to the electric chair."
"I didn't want this wedding." She sighed. "I hate this dress, my hair-"
Mariah glared at her from the mirror, challenging her to say something.
"Well my hair is actually alright, but all of this is something I'm not, I just wanted a small get together and our moms took over giving us this grand and elaborate wedding."
I sighed, "I know this isn't what you would have wanted honey, and I'm sure Vance would marry you regardless of what you would've decided...but given the circumstances...well, we weren't even sure this wedding was going to happen?"
This time she sighed and nodded, "I know...it shouldn't have been this way."
After we finished getting Elise ready a knock sounded and her father entered the room. "They're ready for you ladies." Richard informed us.
Mariah and I picked up our flowers and made our way down the stairs.
Braxton's house was the largest, Rebecca and Mrs Cage asked Braxton and I to have the wedding here. Of course we happily agreed, even more so since we were both standing in the wedding.
Tommy took Mariah's arm as she reached the bottom of the stairs and the music started, the two walked between the aisles of chairs and toward the front the reception next to Vance.
Next I made my way down the stairs and Braxton took my hand, we were next to walk down the aisle and soon we joined Mariah, Vance, and Tommy.
Then the music changed and everyone stood up to watch Elise make her entrance.
"Who's that?" Mariah asked me coldly.
"Who?"
"That girl with Patrick." She sounded.
I looked at Mariah curiously before looking over to Patrick, his attention was on Elise (who was coming down the stairs at the moment) then looked to his immediate right where a tall hispanic girl had her hand resting comfortably in the crook of his arm.
I knew exactly who she was but I couldn't understand why she was with Patrick.
"Her name is Vivienne." I told her, I kept the fact that Vivienne is kind of known around the pack as being with a lot of guys. "But I've never seen them together before."
