Heaven's P.O.V
"You got in a coma, you've been out for almost a year." He said "what?!" I yelled. He smirked "I'm just kidding" but then his face grew serious, "you've been out for about a month"
I took a deep breath, this was alot to process at once.
Getting beat up,
Being in a coma,
Being unconscious for about a month.
"Guys" someone said, but I could never mistake that voice, even if it has been about two months sense I've heard it.
"Yea Joey?" Ty said and everyone turned away from staring at me to Joey, which I was glad about because I absolutely hated attention.
"Can I speak to Heaven alone?" he asked.
"Oooooooo" Trasher said acting like a stupid kindergartner. Joey looked over at the half human half bat. "Really?" "sorry" and with that everyone except Joey left.
"Hey" Joey said. "So that's what you wanted? Just to say hi? You pushed everyone out to say 'hey' to me?!" I said a little bit annoyed.
"I just wanted to say sorry, for you know, Joey stuff" he said raising his hands in defense.
I just looked down at me feet that were hanging off the bed and said nothing.
"Heaven, I'm truly sorry" he said "I really am"
He sat down next to me on the hard hospital bed. "Will you forgive me?" he said lifting my chin to make me look at him.
"Just tell me one thing" I said pushing his hand away. "What that" he said. "Why? Why didn't you talk to me? Why weren't you there for me? Why did you avoid me?" I said. "That's more then one" he said in a little joking manor. "Really Joey?! You're making a joke out if this?! Do you know how hurt, how lonely, how unaccepted I have felt ever sense you stopped talking to me?!?!" I yelled at him.
Just then a nurse came in. "Cane I have my release papers?" I asked. "Well first, how do you feel? I mean like, you have two broken wings. You are going to have to walk for then next 5-6 months." My nurse said. "I feel fine" I said. She stuck a thermometer in my mouth then looked at the little screen. "I will be right back with that papers" she said then left.
