My debut was a success.2 months later:
The day has finally come.
Sun-hi's up since 5 a.m, panicking she won't fit into her dress because she ate too much.
She didn't saw Jaehyun for like, a week because we try our best to separate them to make the surprise when the moment comes
even bigger.I'm going to sing a few songs at the party after the ceremony.
The wedding's gonna be nothing big since they both decided to have their honeymoon VERY far away instead.
New Zealand, to be specific.
I could only recommend it to them.
I've never been in a room that's so quiet although there's so many people.
Everyone's just staring at the altar, waiting for the bride to enter the room.
I already positioned myself next to the flowers, as the bridesmaid.
I can feel Taeyong's gaze on me.
I already told him he should rather pay attention to Jaehyun and Sun-hi but he said I'd be too beautiful to not look at.
He stands next to Jaehyun, together with Mark whose suit looks extremely ridiculous on him.
I can see it.
Jaehyun's shivering.
Suddenly the music sets in, everybody turns their heads to the entry as Sun-hi walks in, next to her dad.
God, this is already to cheesy for me.
Ok, I'm gonna skip the disney-like part (they kissed, put their rings on each other and smiled like fools) and come to the real things:
The whole family is sitting in a huge garden and is enjoying kimchi.
Best wedding meal.
The sun slowly starts to set and a warm orange light covers us.
I'm sitting alone on a bench, letting the married couple have their time alone, as Taeyong comes to me, his second potion of kimchi in his hands.
He silently sits down next to me and we watch the sunset.
Without taking his head from the sun he says:
Taeyong: Weren't we just kids yesterday?
Me: It's crazy how time passes.
Any plans for the future?Taeyong: I don't know. I just want to continue being happy. With you.
Me: Tae...
Taeyong: I'm serious.
I love you.I lean my forehead against his and place my hand behind his neck.
We close the gap between is just as the sun's deep orange light's barely to see behind us.
Sun-hi: You two lovebirds!
Come here, to slow-dance.
The music's about to set in.As soon as we hear Sun-hi's voice behind us, we separate and make our way to the dancing space.
In the middle of the meadow there's a pavilion, previewed for the married couple to dance in.
All around the pavilion the first few couples position themselves to move their bodys to the calming music which blasts out if the speakers.
On the sides you can see all the singles daydreaming of the perfect partner or lifting their glasses for the sixth time.
Just a year ago, I was one of them.
Not anymore.
Taeyong takes my hand and we start to slow-dance.
I put my arms around him and lay my head on his chest to breath in this familiar scent.
I could stay like this forever.
Not to be continued...
----------------------------------------------------------------------It's finished.
This is the last chapter. 😫
I'm sorry that I end this book here but everything has its end...
(By the way I just realized this book has 21 chapters like the 21 members of NCT 😂)
I just wanted to say that I'm very thankful for everyone reading my shit
It really means a lot to me 💞💞💞I know this chapter is short as f*ck but to not make this end here abruptly, I thought about writing a special.
I can not tell you yet when I will release it but stay tuned.
I love you guys 😘😘
