Roddy looked in the mirror.
Her newly dyed incandescent silver hair glowed in the sunlight. Roddy removed her colored contacts. She took the new contacts out and plopped them into her eyes. They were light blue, which was not a drastic change from the dark blue ones she had in, but matched her new hair color better.
Roddy liked when her contacts matched her hair color.
Before leaving, she always made it a necessity to come up with her new name prior to reaching her location so she would be able to lie easier. Aphrodite Cassius was one of the cooler names she had come up with, but she knew that it did not fit her.

Roddy wore the name out a few times as she prepared herself for takeoff by making sure she had enough fuel.
Roddy took one last look at American soil, not knowing if she would ever see it again. She went up, going wherever the wind would take her.
Roddy left.
