Change Can Be A Good Thing

Chapter 18

~Roses POV~ 

I was so mad that they tried to kill Darren. A few months have passed and we have been getting ready to take my father and lacie out. I decided I'm not gooing to use much of my magic and that I was going to do hand to hand combat. Darrena didn't like the facet that I was going to be doing hand to hand combat becaue hes afraid that I will get hurt or something going to happen to the baby. I had a vison that the day of when we take them out that I was going to get locked in a room by darren so the day of combat i'm saying away from him. 

~days go by~ ( Day of war)

I ran into the house and got ready I put eveything that I needed on me. the wepons I am using is my bow, my sword, throwing knives, throwing stars, and Axe of dekeron. When I was done putting my wepons on me Darren walked into the room.

"Rose I need to talk to you"  I glared at him and walked out of the room and said as I left

"your not locking me up"

I ran to Lynn,Natasha, and Dominic to go over things again. (Dominic is darrens brother and will do anything for him)

" Dose everyone understand what they need to do?"

 "Yes!" they say in union.

We get outside I run up to a tree and hide in it. I had a vision a week before showing that my father was heding this way with a small army.

Time passes as we wait in our positions. it wasn't my idea to be in a tree but darren is getting way too protective and its driveing me insane a little and i know its because i'm pregnant and he wants to protect me and the baby so i let this one slide for now.

I finally spot one of my fathers people and shot an arrow at him and he fell. Aut of the blue several perople came running twords the battle area and we managed to take out everyone but my father and lacie are not here. why would they send people to die for them and not to show up to see it through and see me killed. I than had a premision.
darren is taking out the last guy when a purple energy ball comes flying at him and hits him and he falls to the ground and i could hear screaming and saw my father off in the distance and laughing and than another energy ball come flying at my mother and she falls I see myself there is red in my eyes and black smoke is forming around me and I collapse to the ground after it hits my father.

I know I cant let this happen so I run to darren as he is finshing off is last person and push him to the ground and do a protection spell so that he cant be hit by the energy and than I see the energy ball hit and bouce off the energy shield i put around us No one on my side is dieing today. "your not dying today darren i won't let it happen. I need you to take my mother to a safe place ok." he noded and ran over to my mother. I look to see my father takking off i transform into my wolf and take off after him.  He wont get away this time and nor will lacie they are dying today i'm tired of this and it will ened today.  I run until i see him and lacie standing in a clearing.
