Chapter 5: Wow

-Ember's Pov-
I fastly sat up in bed as cold sweats went down my body ugh another nightmare. I looked at my phone and it was 3:30 am. So I decided to text my Ma.

Em- Hey Ma it is Ember sorry if I woke you up. I just wanted to say hi since I woke up from a nightmare.

Ma- Hi Ember and it is fine sweetheart. What happened in the nightmare?

Em- I had a nightmare that they would reject me that is all.

Ma- They won't hun but try to rest they are heading out at 6 so you are lucky today is Saturday also tell your Mom and Pops I want them to call you out of school for awhile and have you continue your studies at home okay?

Em- Yeah I will and I can't wait to meet them. And Ma I know I don't know you but I love you.

Ma- I love you too now go back to bed young lady.

I giggled and exited out the message and I went into my games I turned on my lamp and turned my tv but I made sure the volume was low I went into my Netflix account and found some cartoons before I realized I had homework I still had homework to do. So I got off my phone and went to my backpack and grabbed my homework and books that I needed.

What should I do first? Math ah yes math. Which is Ms. Mich which she is so mean towards me but who isn't half the time towards me but who cares oh wait my friend, the next Alpha, some kids, and some teachers are all mean but my parents, my mates, and the principal and nurse are all nice but I haven't met my mates but I bet they are kind.

I finished my math, then my history stuff now english. I have to read a book and write a essay but luckily I have a chapter left and my essay is almost done and I forgot to grab my computer. I let out a sigh and got out my computer and I sat down and logged into my computer and then I opened up my essay I am just going to email it to my teacher after I finished the book and then I worked more on my essay then my phone dinged when I looked at it is was Ma.

Ma- I thought I told you to sleep!

I choose not to answer her and I went back to my homework.

By the time I was done it was 6:00 am. I opened my phone and sent Ma a photo of me.

Em- Give this to the girls please.

I turned off my phone and put my homework and stuff onto my desk and I turned off my lamp and I laid there and watched Pac Man until I heard Pops get up and come to my room "Hey Honey. Had a nightmare?" She said I nodded as she walked in I turned my lamp back on and I made room for her on my bed "Don't be scared hun they will love you okay" she said to me I nodded and snuggled up to her as Mom came into my room and snuggled with us "When will they be here? Oh and Gigi or Ma wants you to pull me out of school and have me continue my studies here at home until we go to my birth place and live there is that okay?" I told them they nodded "Yes that is fine and they will be here in 3 hours" Pops said I nodded before they got off my bed and walked downstairs.

I sighed and thought deeply about how my mates will react when they see how small I am. I touched my necklace and got out of bed and walked towards the shower I turned it on and undressed myself before getting in. I washed my body and hair than I got out I seen I took a hour with my cleaning and singing in the shower. So I wrapped my towel around me and I brushed my hair before deciding to leave it down then I went into my room and grabbed my bra, underwear, tights, a pale pink skirt, a black tink top, with a pale pink zip up jacket, and small black heels then I went into the bathroom and got dressed 2 hours me.

It took me nearly a hour to do my makeup because I didn't like it at all. But I found a combo that worked great and then I went into my room and I grabbed my phone and my bunny then I walked downstairs and sat at the table "My necklace is glowing!" I shouted out to my parents "That is good because they are here" Pops said I stood there shocked then I ran towards the door "Hi Ember I am Astrid and this is Melina" Astrid said I stood there and smiled "Hi wow um yeah hi" is all I could stutter out.
