When the very first android came out, people were ecstatic. It was the biggest thing that's ever happened in most of their lives. Who didn't want a robot to take care of their chores? They weren't humans despite looking like it. They didn't have emotions. There was no artificial intelligence instilled in them to even comprehend that they were made to simply be slaves to the dominant human race. Everything was like BigHit said it would be. Just fine.

BigHit's fame died down a bit after the SK300. The SK200 had too many unfixed bugs and malfunctions, which the SK300 had fixed. After that, SK400 and 500 were both practically the same thing. The big thing they offered for the SK400 was the brand new "male option", as too many women complained that BigHit was sexist for making only female androids doing housework. All the SK500 offered was that it was easier for the android to understand new environments. Models before had too much trouble understanding layouts of homes and outside areas.
The SK600 was brand new and BigHit suddenly shot onto all the top charts again. Everyone was sold on the fact that they could have an android practically making them takeout all the time. Not only that but also having a robot doing all their chores was so practical it made even the most active people lazy. People basically had all the free time in the world the moment that they came home from their jobs. Although, there were also a lot of people who were instantly hating BigHit and their creation of androids in the first place because of the SK600 itself. The reason being was because a lot of people lost their jobs. Not just anyone though. The majority of people who lost their jobs were professional cooks or housekeepers. Maids and chefs at hundreds of establishments were relinquished from their jobs because there was a robot that could do the job now. An android that knew exactly what people wanted and how to do it perfectly. An android could clean the hardest nooks and crannies of a home that a housemaid would never be able to reach. An android could cook the most extravagant meals to complete perfection, something that a professional cook could never even dream of doing.
Needless to say, while the SK600 was a huge success, this was when the hate for the androids officially began.

With the new artificial intelligence we've given the android, they can learn a whole new skill overnight. If you want an android to help you create a song, just wait a whole night and the next morning, you'll have a buddy to create music with! It's as simple as that! We at BigHit know that sometimes, while an android is useful for many things, sometimes people just want a friend. So we made the SK800 specifically for that purpose! A lot of people figured out that BigHit wasn't making androids for them, but instead for companies. How could they not? Androids were becoming too expensive for the average person to buy and they had a lot of capabilities that were mostly useless to a regular person. But the companies ate it right up. The installment of the SK800 was the turning point for many people and their jobs. Thousands of people lost their job to what they like to call a "pile of tinfoil". Now, companies were flourishing with just a bunch of androids they don't need to give paychecks to. They don't need to feed the androids either. They just needed to buy a charging station and an abundance of batteries and they're set. While the companies were flourishing, people were scrounging around for jobs. But anytime they go to find one, they see an android had taken their possible place. There were riots of BigHit stores all around. People destroyed thousands of androids that were sitting in glass cases. What the people didn't know was that with the new and improved AI, the androids in the cases saw this as an act of violence on innocent androids. That the humans were going against them and treating them harshly despite the androids doing nothing to them.
The public never heard of another android model being released by BigHit. There was never a new android commercial to air. Despite their sudden absence, they were still on top of all leaderboards for the best companies. They were still praised on news channels for their incredible inventions of androids of all kinds. And even though the SK800 was their final model, those fortunate to be among the rich, famous, CEO's, or to keep their jobs continue to praise them.
What BigHit never told them was that there was another model of androids never released into the public. What BigHit never told anyone was that they were trying to develop androids beyond what the human could even imagine. Beyond what the average person could ever want. It was going to be possibly the biggest android to ever be sold to the public ever, and it would revolutionize the creation of androids and honestly anything created by man ever.
But then everything went wrong.
