Y/N POV:-

As your vitals started to stabilize, the doctor and nurses in your room started to leave.

Jungkook was texting someone on his phone but quickly put it away and shifted his gaze over to you.

"Feel better, Princess?" Jungkook asked, concern present in his face.

Though a specific word made you slightly twitch.

"Princess?" You asked, the nickname sounding foreign on Jungkook's tongue.

"Did I stutter?" He smugly asked, a smirk forming on his face as he walked closer to the hospital bed.

You just chuckled and coughed right after.

Jungkook's smile faded seeing you like this.

It broke him on the inside just imagining what they had done to you.

Moreover, you didn't remember anything from that time and Jungkook contemplated whether that was good or not.

A knock sounded on the door, breaking the tension and silence.

You sounded a small, "Come in" weak as ever.

A small brown flash went by the door as it opened.

You literally could not contemplate what I was until it was on the bed crying it eyes out.

"MOMMY!!" Dongwoo cried out, his tiny arms grabbing your neck not paying any attention to the numerous IVs around you.

You silently winced at the sudden weight on your already injured body but you couldn't see Dongwoo cry.

You couldn't stand Dongwoo crying.

Chanyeol came in behind him and was about to pry him off you but you signalled that it was okay.

He walked over to Jungkook as you dealt with the crying bean on your lap.

Your shirt was wet from his tears and it broke your heart.

You patted his head as he continued crying, often spewing incoherent words and phrases.

"It's okay, honey. I'm here now." You said softly, stroking Dongwoo's head.

After a while Dongwoo's crying had reduced.

Though his face was still buried into your stomach and his grip on you was superhuman level tight.

His breathing also calmed down but he refused to speak.

It was as if to him, if he let you go for even a second, you would disappear.

You let Dongwoo stay in your lap as you switched your attention towards Chanyeol and Jungkook.

Something seemed off.

You couldn't put your finger on it but your gut was telling you something wasn't right.

"Is everything okay?" You asked as Jungkook turned his attention towards you.

"Yeah, we were just talking." Jungkook said, his voice shaky.

Something is definitely off

Chanyeol walked towards you, enveloping your hands in his.

"Y/n...I was so worried." He said, his grip on your hand growing stronger as tears started to form in his eyes.

It broke your heart to see all the people you loved hurt because of you.
