You told me that you would love me forever. How could forever pass so fast? That the next thing I knew you had your arms wrap around another girl? Whispering in to her ears sweet little nothings just like what you did to me when it was still us.
Us.
Forever.
A word that you claim would definitely happen. A word that held so much promise of us in the future.
But now, completely gone.
Right now, there is no us. It is just you and me. Two little words that definitely tell us who we are. Describe us as who we are.
Lies!
You filled my head with your notion of forever. Filling them up with lies, dangling affection into my face and snatching it back when you knew I fell.
But in this whole ordeal, I matched to harden my resolve against you.
We are no longer inseparable. We are no longer one as what you described us to be. We are just two people in two different worlds destined to never meet again or never have been in the first place. We are just two different persons whose love isn't strong enough to conquer each others' world.
We are now just to strangers sharing some memories.
