"Jimin, is everything alright?! I heard about the letter." My co-worker Taehyung said coming into my office unannounced, worried eyes following my movements.

I sighed, annoyed that he never listened when I asked him to knock or to inform me before coming down to my office.

"Everything's alright. I just received a threat from Min Yoongi." I said, the lie easily slipping through my full lips.

The wrong decision though, because Taehyung tenses up.
"What! Let me see it!!" Taehyung says, reaching over the table to grab the closed letter on my cleared desk.

"No. It's none of your business." I say and snatch the letter up, leaning back so his hands couldn't reach it behind my head.

Though Taehyung still tried though. He got on his tippy toes and reached over, until his fingertips were able to reach the letter.

Before he could snatch it, I then swing my hand behind my back, slipping the letter between my back and my office chair.

When I looked at Taehyung fully, I then realized how close we actually were. Taehyung's face flushed a little, and his eyes slowly went down my face.

I immediately knew what was going to happen and I backed up. But Taehyung grabbed the back of my neck.

"Taehyung, back off." I warned with my words, a little frightened of being kissed without consent.

But Taehyung didn't listen to me. He instead leaned closer and closer, until his lips were right above mine.

I put my hand in front of our faces before our lips meet. "Taehyung, you may take your leave now." I say, sending a firm stare down onto Taehyung's face, centimeters away from mine.

He realized the situation, and looked down with sorrow filled eyes, mixed with shame.
He whispered a small 'sorry' to me before he completely walked out of the room, closing the metal door behind him.

I sighed and took off my foggy glasses, running a hand through my messy hair. I did not know what to do.

I never knew that, Taehyung had those type of feelings for me......or was it in the moment? But, I never really noticed how when ever we talked his eyes would go unfocused, or how he would always stand a little bit closer than the others, or how he was always using pickup lines on me whenever I passed.

My eyes widened a great length. He really did like me, but I was too focused on work or too dumb to even realize it.

I kinda felt bad for him, I mean, I must've sent missed signals his way for him to even try something like this on me.

But I definitely didn't like him that way. I grabbed my coat, phone, and gun to go take a walk outside the office to get some air.

I passed by Taehyung, and his eyes just followed my figure sadly. I never had the courage to look back at him, so I just looked straight ahead, seeing his heartbroken face through my peripheral vision.

The air ran through my wavy hair, making it blow past me as I walked a little farther down away from the station.

I wasn't really scared because one, I had a gun and two, I was mostly fascinated with the dark rather than scared.

I was walking down an empty street, when a hand shot out in front of me. But before I could move out the way, it grabbed me and pulled me sideways.

But just as fast as that hand was, so was the gun that I had pointed to their throat with the safety off.

The person chuckled, making me realize who was in front of me.
"What do you want Min Yoongi." I hiss putting the gun back into my pocket, not wanting to be caught with a criminal.

"Why can't you just call me Yoongi huh baby doll?" He whispers, the air from his mouth blowing right into my face, making my face turn a light shade of red.

No one made me weak this way like he did.
"Because we're not close." I said to him, looking past his head to see if anyone saw me.

"Well we can get closer." He said, leaning against my chest, face even closer than it was before.

Without helping it, a toothy grin slipped past me, making me ask a question.
"Was there a pun in that sentence?" I ask, slightly amused.

And then, I was amazed.
I saw him smile, no, his real smile. Where his plump but small lips stretched back and let his white teeth and gums show.

I was awestruck, not having anything to say.
"Maybe, maybe not." Yoongi said, licking the top of my lip, making my face go tomato red.
I pushed him off and accidentally licked the same lip, making my face turn even more red from embarrassment and horror.

He saw that and chuckled. I pushed him back more, and he just continued to smile, putting his hands in his pockets.

"Well, see you later pinky." He says.
Pinky? What do I have that's- OH.
Now my face was even redder, but then suddenly I remember the letter, and called out to him before he turned the corner.

"Ay!" I yell, making him stop in his tracks.
"Yes princess?" He asks, my cheeks continuing to be red from the nicknames.

"Would you like to go to dinner with me tomorrow?" I ask.
The question completely surprised him, and he steps back over to me.

"Really?" He says, and I nodded.
"At 7 pm, I get off work early, and I want you to meet me in this very alleyway so we can go to my favorite restaurant." I say.

He nods.
"Alright, I'll see you here, at 7pm." He says, and backs away from me.

I solute him, and he solutes me back, grinning.
I grin too, completely forgetting that he was a criminal, and that I was supposed to catch him.
