Class 1-A (BNHA OC Fanfiction)

Chapter two

The bell woke me from my light dose. Class had been so boring that day, and I couldn't wait to go home.

"Oi, Icy!" I turned to see Bakugou standing behind me.

"Icy? Does that mean I can call you Kacchan?" I giggled a little, earning an angry glare from him.

"Don't think this means we're friends or anything, got that?"

"Nah, we're totally besties! Besides, you could use someone to punch you in the face every time you start to lose that fiery temper of yours!" I turned and started walking out of the door, when Uraraka and Midoriya came up beside me.

"Hey, Tomonaga right?" Uraraka asked, a huge grin on her face.

"Yeah. You guys are Uraraka and Deku-I mean Midoriya right?" I smiled as Midoriya sighed.

"So I see Kacchan told about that huh?" He scratched the back of his neck and laughed.

"Yeah, kinda.. but it's easier to say so.. is it fine if I call you that?" I look over at him expectantly as he muttered a small 'of course'.

After walking inside of my house, I threw myself on the bed and got out my phone. I was beat, and decided to spend my afternoon scrolling through youtube when I heard a knock at the door. Who the hell? I thought as I crawled out of bed and walked towards the door.

I opened the door to a girl who looked to be my age, with long black hair pinned back with two hair clips on each side.

"Um.. Hello? Can I help you?" I tilted my head in confusion as she scrambled for words.

"Oh um, Hi, I'm Hana Suki, and I just moved into the neighborhood! I was wondering if you wanted to hang out or something, maybe be friends?" She shrugged and her face looked hopeful.

"Uhh.."

"I know it's a little odd to ask a random person to hang out, but I have a lot of trouble making friends so I just thought taking it head on would be the smartest option."

"Well, I'm Kokoro Tomonaga. Why don't you come on in?"

Wow real smart move Koko. Inviting a stranger into your house. She could be a villain, y'know..

I shook all of my thoughts out and invited her up to my room.

"So Suki, first things first. Are you 15?"

"Yep! And I go to UA, but I'm in class B."

"What's your quirk?"

"I can make vines come out of the ground and control them, but I can only make around ten. It really depends how I'm feeling that day."

"Huh. That's pretty cool. My quirk is ice. I don't think I really need to explain, I mean, it's pretty self explanatory."

"What's your limit. Or, what happens when you use it too much?"

"I start to get a frost around my body and I have to wait a couple minutes before I can use it again, so that my body can heat up again."

"Hmm, interesting. You also have a pretty cool quirk."

"Thanks."

After that, we spent the rest of the afternoon getting to know each other. The basic stuff though. I still didn't fully trust her, but she was pretty much almost there.

"Also, can I just say," started Suki, her hand pointing at my hair, "Your hair is sick!"

My hair was brown, with the ends fading into white.

"Oh, it's really nothing special." I shrugged and continued eating my fishcake.

"And those eyes, they're so pretty!"

"Oh come on, now you're over exaggerating! They're just blue!"

"Yeah but they're like.. like.." She rested her chin in her hands, searching for words. "Like ice!"

"Okay, was that supposed to be a shitty pun?"

"Maybe?"

We both burst into laughter.

"So.. does this mean we're friends?" Suki asked, sitting up.

"Yup!"
