I sat in the living area writing everything I've learned today in my journal. I finally got something on my constant dream. I then made a list of those I classified as other, starting with Alister.

Alister (no last name)
Wealthy asshole who enjoys using large words. My belief is he uses them to help him seem intelligent when in reality he is some kind of caveman who walks about glaring and grunting angrily at everyone. PMS much??? He is old. I'm gonna guess well over a thousand years, give or take. Despite his age, I still feel sexually attracted to him. Not gonna deny it. Besides who knows, he may be able to smell it if he is actually some weird creature.

Ace (no last name)
Same as Alister. Seems to actually be intelligent unlike someone else I know. Mikal has been his apprentice since college. Mikal made him sound like a hard ass. From his constant threats to throw Mikal out, he doesn't really like others in his space. Except for Maple the house servant.

Cameron (no last name)
Same as Alister as well. Seems much friendlier than the two previously mentioned. Works in the courthouse Alister took me too to fill out some paperwork.

Drac (no last name)
Not like the other three. He's old and can do magic. Owns a bar in Brightly. It's at the top of his bar where I see the ten standing and looking down on the city.

I then drew quick sketches on the pages I wrote about them. I gave them their own whole page in case I have more notes about them that need to be taken down. I put that journal away before pulling out the book Alister demand I read before disappearing to one of the upper levels. It was a book on Queen of the Other Worlders. Honestly, who came up with the name Other Worlders? It makes them sound like some strange scifi movie creation.

I opened the book and began reading. The Queen of the Other Worlders is one of great power. Power that gets passed down over the years. Queen Alma is the most current Queen. She is the strongest Queen to have ever taken up the throne. She saw all and she knew all. She foresaw a prophecy that she personally delivered to the Organization. The prophecy spoke of the veil between worlds falling, allowing the Other Worlders to flood into our unless we find a way to stop it. She didn't give much details, due to not knowing many details herself.

Shortly after having delivered the prophecy she vanished without a trace. Many believe there was foul play in her disappearance, but no one can say for certain. In her place stands her three daughters, Princess Shian, Princess Marisol, and Princess Ali. They don't possess the power to keep the veil from falling but they're working as best as they can to keep their people in line. The Other Worlders are getting restless. It's only a matter of time before it falls, and we learn the true meaning of hell.

I took notes on the Queen and Princessess. As I read through the book I noticed Alister moved up and down the stairs, occasionally carrying various things in his hands. I ignored him until he came in with a blade. "This will be your weapon," He told me. It was simply a blade. No hilt of any kind. Red symbols were carved into either side of it, shining like rubies in the light. It was curved and sharp on one side while the other side of the blade seemed to have hooks. "I want you to make a weapon out of this. One that will suit your fighting style," He told me. "I don't really have a fighting style," I told him. "Then make something that even a neanderthal can use in combat. I don't care, but you only can make one weapon, so choose wisely."

He then lead me to a workshop that was filled with many things that will allow me come up with some kind of weapon with this blade. The blade itself was light weight. "What do the symbols mean," I asked him. "Their runes," He told me. "They spell the blade so that it can kill Other Worlders. Normal weapons can't break their skin, but these can with ease." Interesting, I thought. "You have a week," He told me, leaving the blade on the worktable.
