Chapter 10 - Help or more problems?

Levi´s P.o.v.

I opened the door and saw shitty glasses scribble something in her notebook. When she saw us she stood up and came over to us. She noticed that I was still holding (y/n) and began to giggle. I gave her a death glare and, even when I didn´t want it, I let go (y/n)´s hand and crossed my arms over my chest. Hanji wiggled her eyebrows and looked at us with a grin.

"Well, my cute little couple! Did you have a good night?" She asked and wiggled her eyebrows again.

"Tch. No, that´s nothing you have to know."

Annoyed, I looked at her and leaned against the wall.

Reader´s P.o.v.

"So do you have a cure or not?" Levi asked annoyed.

"Yes, of course! Otherwise, I would have you hardly called to me!" Hanji cried cheerfully and walked to a cabinet behind her desk. Almost the half of what was stored in the closet were falling at her when she opened it. In the closet was just pure chaos. How could she find something in it?

"No...not here... Ah here!" I heard her mutter with her head still in the closet.

She held a small bottle, with a blue liquid in itself, to me. She put  it on her desk and closed the closet.

Then she threw herself on her chair and was looking for a syringe in her drawers. When she found one she put it also on the table along with a few needles that rolled a little away from her but just before the end of the table they stopped.

"Why so many needles?" Levi asked finally.

"I have to inject it in her in many different places, that it spreads well enough. Therefore, I must ask you to leave the room, Levi!" She pointed with her finger at the door.

"Why?"

"Because it will probably hurt her very much and I have no desire while I take care of her to be attacked by you!" Hanji laughed. She sounded more nervous than amused of the thought Levi really could get out of control because of me.

"Tch.." Levi turned to the door and waved to me. I hesitantly waved back and forced a slight smile on my face.

Could he not see if I had pain? Or had he simply such a poor control of himself? Puzzled, I shook my head and looked at her.

"Come over here (y/n)!" Hanji shouts and patted with her hand on the hospital bed in the corner of the room. I went reluctantly to her and sat down on the bed.

"I will give you a total of five injections. One in each leg, one in each arm and one in the back. It will probably hurt like hell so I ask you that you might bite on the pillow or something, but please don´t scream. The injections must be injected as soon as possible after each other and I can not take care of Levi when he hears you screaming." She laughed nervously.

I nodded. I did not trust her but it was my only way to get rid of these terrible nightmares. It would have been impossible to look after me all the time and I could always collapse during a mission outside the walls.

So I lay down on my stomach on the bed and let Hanji start.

First one in the left and then in the right back of the knee. The injection itself was hardly noticeable but the liquid that was in the syringe was spreading out more and more and it felt like my veins were consumed by acid. She continued with my arm. While my legs already become numb through the immense pain, I could feel now the same with my arms. When she finally lifted my shirt a little to give me the last shot in my back, I could not take it anymore. Neither physically nor mentally. I bit into the pillow in front of me and felt how a lot of tears ran down my cheek. The pain from my back were finally spreading to my whole bod and it felt like when it would destroy me from the inside. I could not hold back my tears. Again and again I sobbed and many tears were running down my face. Like crazy I tried to suppress my screams.
