Two officers did come over, just like Mr.Wick said.

    I could semi walk.

I was limping with a crutch.

Evey helped unwrap my wounds to show cops.

I heard one of them gasp.

They took pictures of my back and my face.

Then Evey wrapped me back up and they started to ask me questions about what happened on Wednesday.

"How long has the abuse been going on?" One of them asked.

"Maybe when I was at least eleven or twelve. I'm not for sure, but I know it's been going on for awhile." I said.

"Has he ever hit your mother?" He asked.

"Yeah, but she doesn't get hit often as I do." I said.

"What usually starts it." He asked.

"My mother always mentions something about me that my father doesn't like." I said.

"What doesn't he like?" He asked.

"Well my father is very sexist, so it could be about me trying to get a job or going to college." I said.

They wrote everything I said down.

"Mr. Wick would you like us to move Jordyn somewhere, as in stay somewhere else?" He asked.

"Absolutely not, I'm fine with you staying and taking care of her and she probably trusts me more then anyone us." He said.

"Are you okay with staying here Jordyn?" He asked.

"Totally okay with it." I said.

"Okay good, we'll get ahold of Mr. Wick with updates." He said as they packed up their things.

"Thank you officers once again." Mr. Wick said.

"Anytime." They said then left and so did Evey.

"What do you think will happen?" I asked Mr.Wick.

"They'll probably arrest them with the evidence they have and we might have to go to court over it." He said.

"You'll be there through all of it right?" I asked.

"Yeah of course, I always got your back." He said.

     "Thanks I appreciate." I said.

"Oh I have something for you." He said getting up and going into a different room.

He came out with what looked like a laptop.

"With what happened on Wednesday your phone and laptop got damaged a little bit, so I fixed it." He said.

"Oh wow, thanks so much." I said.

"Yeah your a young adult and I know that electronic mean a lot to this generation." He said.

"That's kind of sad in a way." I said.
