Karen nodded, there is something warm about her boss that she is searching for. She just love how he treated her.

Day after day passes by, Karen always brought home amount of money her parents asked for, but it's soon to be not enough, they use it for their addiction and they are asking for more.

Karen just live 7 days without hitting, punching and beating , and a day after they almost broke her nose.

It seems like she is their doll , the one they lay their emotional needs to. The one they punch just because they needed to.

Mr. Depp was already aware that there might be something wrong with his employee. 

He can't help but develop feelings towards her. He would take care of her bruises, hold her when she cry, and wipe her tears away.

Karen was lucky, she knows her boss started to get in her mind, there is no way she could pretend that he doesn't mean the world to her because he does.

"Thank you for everything Mr. Depp" That day she almost broke her nose, with blood keep flowing out again and again, she ran away, knocking on a safe place she always known.

The Library.

She knows Mr. Depp is there, she knew he will always be there to save her.

He open the door, hold her in his arms, She was crying madly, her face was a broken mess, her nose, bloody.

He took time to washes every wound there is, make sure she won't get hurt. 

"Karen, please, please be honest to me" He said.

"I can't Mr. Depp" She cried.

"Call me Johnny" he smiled at her.

He was warm, like a ray of sunshine she never seen behind those dark, smoky house she live in within the 20 years of her life.

"Johnny" She said.

Then He kissed her, He just need to do it, He need her to know how much he cared.

"I'm sorry" He said, "I'm sorry, I kissed you"

Her face light up, as her eyes meet his, "No I like it Johnny I really do" She pulled him in again for a kiss, this time it was harder, She poured her heart out in his arms, She know she will be okay.

They sleep in warm embrace of each other, Karen was the happiest girl in the world.

"I care about you, you know" He said to the sleeping Karen. 

He kiss her again, make sure it's only a sweet dream that came into her mind tonight. But he was curious. He can't let her hurt again. He just can't.

He knows he is not always the good guy, He beat up bad guys too, You can say he is a cop in disguise. He dealt with crime. He knew all about it.

And tomorrow, He will start to find out, who did this to her, or he will never have a good sleep again.
