The butterflies flutter
And the bees swarm
In the hot sun which bathes the earth
And humans who are unlike no other
Shirts become scarce and wildlife becomes active, again,
The first time since last year
The birds sing in their cheerful tune
And plants show their vibrant greens
As the bees buzz joyfully
The butterflies fly beautifully
Into gardens; picking up the mood of those
Trapped inside all winter and now its time to get out
Into the happy world, the new world-
A place of joy, light, warmth and life.
