'Falling Slowly'

Chapter 3 Tell me!

Ishimaru sat in the library trying to distract himself as usual with work. It'll be better if you just leave him alone. So he doesn't have to pretend to like you anymore. A voice popped up behind him.

"Taka i need to speak with you."

Ishimaru turned to the voice. It was Kyoko and she had another brown haired student with her too. "What do you need, and who is this?"

The brown haired boy spoke up. He was incredibly anxious "H-Hi! I'm Mokoto Naegi! Nice to meet you Ishimaru."

Ishimaru bowed "It is nice to meet you too. I see you are a follower of rules. That's a very important skill to-"

Kyoko interrupted him "What happened?"

Ishimaru looked at her confused. "Nothing. Why, Did i mess up?"

Kyoko sighed "I mean with your boyfriend."

"B-BOYFRIEND?!" Taka started yelling in the library which he litterally never did.

"K-Kyoko! Stop you're embarrasing him!"

"Huh? But they were both..."

Makoto interrupted Kyoko "S-Sorry Ishimaru. She means we saw that you and your... friend had a falling out. We came to make sure you were ok."

Ishimaru sighed "Spying on people is not welcome in a school enviroment!"

Kyoko just nodded "But i wanted to make sure you were ok so. I apologise."

Ishimaru went back to his work.

Makoto looked at Kyoko thinking she would say something, but she whispered to Makoto "Talk to him. I can't." She then just walked off leaving him alone with Ishimaru

"Do you wanna talk about it?" Makoto said as he pulled up a chair next to Ishimaru

"Why? It's just wasting time anyways."

Makoto sighed "why did you run away? It seemed like things were going very well between you two."

Ishimaru stood up angrily. "I don't want to speak to you or anyone about this anymore. Please just leave me alone." Ishimaru ran off back to his dorm as Makoto sat there shocked, and saddened.

"No luck?" Kyoko asked him as he left the library

"No... He wouldn't even listen to me at all."

Kyoko sighed "Ishimaru is a sensitive soul. He feels more than he lets on. He must have thought Mondo was going to reject him, and was hurt by it."

They both contemplated what to do, but could come up with nothing. The next morning came. It was a Friday and Mondo had been in a mood worse than usual all day. Ishimaru had stayed in principle Kirigiri's office because of some 'important work'. Kirigiri could tell Taka was upset. He wanted to protect him for a while, so he could contemplate his situation. When Kirigiri asked if he was allright he just answered yes. It was too formulaic though. Taka had allways been bad at lying. Kirigiri didn't want to pry though. As the last bell rang Ishimaru walked to the detention room to serve detention for the no students that were there. When he opened the door he was surprised to see one person in the detention room.

Taka closed the door but couldn't hide the shocked look on his face " Oh. S-Sorry... You are Nagito Komaeda right?"

Nagito nodded sitting still in a desk. "And you are?"

"Oh! I'm Kiyotaka Ishimaru. Nice to meet you."

Nagito looked out the window "What did you do to get into detention?"
