11: "I love you"

a/n ahahhhhh that edit is soooo good also, I nominate "Adore You" By Harry Styles as the Seblos national anthem. 

It was New Years Eve. The day of Carlos' big plan to ask Seb out 

He ordered so many roses and sunflowers (Both of their favorite flowers) Kourtney let Carlos store the flowers in her room. Carlos had everything ready and planned. Then he started freaking out. Seb was out with Nini, Big Red, Ricky, and Ashlyn for a day at Disney. Seb was fine being the 5th wheel. He was used to it. Although he wished Carlos could be there. All Seb knew was that Seb had an emergency with Miss Jenn and Kourtney. Nini knew about the plan and they went to the HSM area. Of course Seb HAD to take a picture next to the Sharpay wall. And he posted it on insta. Then Carlos got a text from Seb. "Wish you were here" there was a picture of Ryan and Sharpay. Carlos sent a heart emoji and freaked out again. "WHAT IF HE SAYS NO?" Screamed Carlos. Kourtney face-palmed "Carlos, he just sent you a text saying 'wish you were here'. Carlos rolled his eyes. "The thing is I might flip out." Kourtney laughed. "Your voice sounds great, you've been praticing the same song for 2 hours and its stuck in my head." Kourteny said while rolling her eyes. "You think my idea is good?" Kourtney grabbed his shoulders and shook him. "Carlos Rodriguez! You are like one of the bravest people I know! So you go, sing your heart out and make Seb your officail boyfriend!" Carlos nodded his head. "You're right! It's time for my turn at this love thing! No more play flirting!" Kourtney smiled and texted Nini. 

C- Thanks Nini I'm heading over there now to get everything set up. 

N- Anytime Carlos! We'll be behind you cheering you on!!!!!

C- Thank you...again. 

It was about 10pm so Carlos went over and put everything together. Seb's favorite disney movie that wasn't HSM themed was Tangled and lucky for them, there was a couples boat ride and Carlos rented the place out for the fireworks. Seb's favorite song was "i wanna dance with somebody" So Carlos had everything ready. 

It was time and Carlos could NOT stop shaking. It was 11:30pm. There was a red carpet leading to the boat. "Follow me Mr. Matthew-Smith." Ricky said leading him into the boat. 11:45. Carlos was ready. Everyone started humming. They were doing an accapella version of "I wanna dance with somebody". Seb looked up and looked around.

Carlos stood there. 

"Clock strikes upon the hour" Carlos started walking

"And the sun begins to fade" Seb looked at Carlos, in the same outfit he wore to Homecoming

"Still enough time to figure out"  Seb thought to himself "hes so cute like that"
"How to chase my blues away" Kourtney added on and winked at Carlos
"I've done alright up to now" Everyone got a basket 
"It's the light of day that shows me how" They threw the rose petals at him and some at Seb
"And when the night falls, loneliness calls"  Ricky's guitar starts to chime in"Oh, I wanna dance with somebody" Sebs eyes got wide
"I wanna feel the heat with somebody" Carlos smiled 
"Yeah, I wanna dance with somebody" Seb looked at everyone and realized. 
"With somebody who loves me" The group all got out their phones
"Oh, I wanna dance with somebody" They all used the flashlight and waved from left to right. 
"I wanna feel the heat with somebody" Carlos was  at the dock
"Yeah, I wanna dance with somebody" He got into the boat
"With somebody who loves me" Seb chimed in. 

"Seb, you've always been there for me and honestly you're like the best thing that has ever happened to me" 11:58pm "Also thank you for supporting me and helping me with Ryan. I always knew when I told Miss Jenn that you wanted to read for Sharpay and you had the biggest smile I knew you were the one. " 11:59. "So what i'm trying to say is Sebastion Matthew-Smith. Will you go out with me?"

Sebs eyes widened and nodded his head frantically.

"Yes, yes I'll be your boyfriend!"

Carlos pulled him Seb close to him

Kourtney let go of the rope and pushed them out in the water.

"It's really pretty out here"... Carlos looked at him "Not as pretty as you."

Carlos built up the courage "Seb. I LOVE YOU"

Seb looked at him. "I-I love you too!"

Carlos pulled Seb closer and kissed him-on the lips. As the fireworks went off it was magical

"Happy New Year Novio! Te quiero!"  Seb smiled. "Yo también te quiero"  They kissed again.  Carlos, shocked that Seb knew what he said.
