I am now sitting with Mina in this suffocating library with this thick book that I don’t even know the subject of.

Mina was as studying like she always does. It was really amusing to see her focus face, she looked really cute.

"Look at your book Jaehyun. We’re here to study." She whispered making me sigh loudly.

"Quiet!" The teacher yelled making me shut my mouth like a kindergarten student.

Mina giggled quietly before taking her notes out and keeping in front of me,

"here are my notes. Refer to this, you’ll understand." She said and immediately starting studying again.

"Dating a nerd is hard." I mumbled quietly but she kicked my leg.

I gave her an apologetic look and started studying too. It’s not like I don’t like studying but when she suggested a date I thought it would involve food or games…..not books!

I decided to focus rather than wasting time and then I realized I was studying literature.

Not only that but the female character was a lot like Nayeon. She was headstrong and irritating but she was also misunderstood and caring.

The male lead was also confused like she was. But they ended up confessing and everything around them just stopped. There was only happiness.

I was really into the book when I felt someone calling me.

"Hey Jaehyun we have to leave!" Mina said breaking my focus.

"O-oh I was just reading." I said closing the book.

"Yeah you were, for one hour now. I thought you slept with your eyes open!" she teased me.

I giggled and kept the book in my bag.

"Are you taking it home with you?" Mina asked me and I nodded.

"You must really like it." She said and stood up to keep the books back.

I was walking Mina home and she was talking but all I could think was how relatable that story was to us. Me and Nayeon I mean. She is stubborn and selfish at times but I love who she is.

Everything resembled us except the fact that we are just friends and the characters there were lovers.

"Hello! Jaehyun to Earth!" I heard Mina say shaking her hands in front of me.

"Oh I-I was jus-"

"Go home and rest, you look tired." Mina said and went inside her house. We had already reached there.

I sighed and walked in the opposite direction. I wish this time passes quickly.
