CHAPTER-20

They stepped out of the room holding their hands. The whole family was waiting for them in the hall. Everyone knows where naina was taking Sameer.
But it remained a suspense for Sameer.
Seeing them coming happy linking their hands bela chachi had tears for her most loved daughter.

Now she is receiving the love and warmth that she missed for all these years, that too in the form of her husband. Seeing her eyes moisten, Anand gave her a side hug...

Soon Sameer reached them and took blessings of chacha chachi... they blessed him whole heartedly. Standing beside them Preethi coughed indicating her legs to touch them.

Naina smacked her arm and Sameer laughed at the sisters...

Bela took aarti for Sameer for his good luck. She rounded the aarthi thali around him and pit Tilak on his forehead. And he was showered by flowers.

"Bhagwan joot na bulaye beta...aapko aapki office ka pehla din ka shub kamnaye.. bagwan aapko saari khushi de..aur aapki mehnat se factory dhoude."
She blessed him whole heartedly keeping a hand on his cheek...

"Thank you chachiji...nanu ke alawa kisi ne bhi meri aarti nahi utari..aaj apko ye karthe huae dekkar..muje meri nanu ki yaad aa gyi..mai bohot kismat wala hoon..jo mujhe naina ke waja se..itni acchi family mili.." he said with moistened eyes..

"Offo... Jijaji apne to khushi me mouke ko emotional bana Diya.." Preethi sniffed...

"Haan haan....abhi khushi ka waqt hai.. Sameer beta..dhyan se kaam karna..kabhi apne apko kam mat samajna...muje yakeen hai ki tum apne mehnat se sab kuch hasil kar loge..."
Chacha ji patted sameer's back..

"Thank you chacha ji" he hugged him...

"Jijaji..meri taraf se bhi congratulations...
Best of luck...all the best aur good luck.."
She showed thumbs up...

"Thank you saaliji.." he smiled back...

"Aur meri taraf ka meeta aap naina se le lijiye..." Her statement made Sameer look at Naina who was already looking at him.

He winked at her making her look down with red stain over her cheeks...

Soon they bid a good bye to the family and Sameer started the car.

"Thank you.." he mumbled kissing her knuckles as soon as they were at the road...

"Kis liye.." she asked him confused.

"Itni acchi family dene ke liye..." He smiled lovingly staring into her eyes.

She smiled back at him.

"Driver saab raaste aahe hai.." she pushed his face towards the road when he kept on glaring at her...

"Par manzil to yahi hai..." He glanced at her. She looked at him with a bright smile.

He stared to ride again.

"Naina ham ja kaha rahe hai..?" He asked when she kept on saying the direction instead of the place.

"Kitna bolte ho tum...chup chap ghadi chalao na..abhi pata chal jayega tume."

He turned his attention to the road.

"Naina...ye" he was perplexed seeing the place. It was the temple where Sameer and naina went for their first date!!

But was soon cut by her, "tum ghadi park karke aajao..mai pooja ki taali lekar aati hoon."

He nodded like a obedient husband.

When he was back, naina was ready with the pooja thali at the steps. They both started climbing the steps reaching the mandap.

The pandit reached them the moment they were in the mandap.

"Aao bitiya.. bohot dino se tume deka nahi.." he asked getting the tali from her hand.

"Vo pandit ji..meri shaadi thi..ye mere pati hai.." she said pointing Sameer with a blush creeping up her face.

Sameer was elighted when she addressed him as her husband. He was overjoyed with the new feeling of being his love's husband. His naina's husband!!

"Bohot bohot muba rako beta.." he congratulated them..

"Dhanyawad.." samaina thanked him in union.

"Kiske naam pe Abhishek karna hai beta?" Pandit ji asked.

"Sameer.." she said in an instant.

"Nai..." Before Sameer could say her name..naina interupted.

"Pandit ji..aaj Sameer ke office ka first day hai..to inke kaamyabi aur safaltha ke liye pooja karni thi.." she answered him.

"Teeke beta..." Saying he went to the idol.

"Naina..." She held his hand and blinked her eyes stopping him from asking further questions.

He stood grumpily of not being able to do pooja under naina's name...

Soon pandit ji arrived with aarthi...when he forwarded to Sameer...he was lost in the memories of their first date where he burnt his palm in the name of taking aarthi.

He looked at Naina who was already smiling at him indicating that she also reminisced the same moment. He took the aarthi smiling and took it over naina also.

"Beta..ye sindoor bhi bitiya ke maang par bhar do...mata rani ke khaas sindoor hai. Tum dono ko hamesha khush rahegi." Pandit ji informed happily.

Sameer happily took the sindoor and filled naina's head. She close her eye sto feel the divine moment. Some of the vermillion was sprayed on her nose also.
Keeping the hand flat above naina's eyes Sameer blew of the extra sindoor. She smiled at his care.

Soon bidding a bye to the pandit ji..they did parikrama and decided to sit beside the lake for some time...

Being a little early, the temple lake was deserted.
"Sameer tum yahan baito, warna tumhari pant karab ho jayegi.." she pointed at a clean slab beside the steps.

He sat there and pulled her near him with his hands around her waist and her head resting on his chest. His head resting on her's. Naina rested her feet onto the slab with legs bent at knees. To be pointful it was a comfortable back hug...

"Sab kuch kitna accha lag raha haina..." She was lost in the serene feeling...the beautiful elegant atmosphere..the divine place and in the most safest arms.
What does she need more...

"Hmm...accha to lag raha hai..Lekin agar tum nahi hoti to ye adhura lagega..." He brought his arms around her neck and kissed her cheek.

"Sameer..tume ye jagah yaad hai.."

"Kaise bool sakta hoon... Hamari pehli date jo hui thi yaha pe..." He was reviving the thoughts of that day...

"Haan...aur uske baad ham yaha aaye to hai...par saath mai nahi..us din ke baad aaj hi aaye hai yaha saath mai..." She held his hands around her neck and he nuzzled into her hair more..

"Pata hai naina...us din muje laga tha ki ham us park mai jayenge hamare pehli date ke liye..." He said pointing the park opposite to the temple...

"Par mai tume yaha mandir leke aa gyi,haina.." she giggled...

"Haan...par life mai pehli baar mandir kya hoti hai..ye maine tumse seekha.. usse pehle kabhi bhi mandir nahi gaya tha...aur pehle mulakat mai hi tumhare
US gaay(cow) mata ne mere gaal pe nishan laga di.." he touched his cheeks...

"Accha hua ki aaj nahi lagaya...warna office kaise jata.." he twisted his lips...

She laughed heartily at his cute antics and he was busy in adoring his laughing beauty. He had a satiated smile on his face being the reason for her laugh that reached her eyes.

"Tumne muje behenji samja hoga na.. kyunki maine tume park ki jagah mandir leke gyi.." she asked after her laugh subsided.

"Laga to tha...par us din ke baad hi mai tumhare liye kuch ehsaas karne laga.."
He nuzzled in her neck.

"Aur aaj itna pyar ho gya...meri Ms.World se.." he kissed the base of her neck.
