Emily's POV

The light began to fade, which was not a good sign. Heimdall closed the portal to early, before I could even land the light went out and it wasn't the most graceful landing either. I landed right on my front, I struggled to stand but when I looked around the place was empty. It looked like how it should be, glows of red/oranges from the sky and ground, rivers of lava, I found it beautiful. But the thing missing was people.

I heard some voices, I tried to follow the voices, then I walked round a corner and I was stopped by Flame Giants carrying some sort of metal and some were training. I started to walk through, until I heard a familiar voice call my name. I noticed the Flame Giant that I saved when I first came here running up to me. "Oh, hey" I greeted.

"I thought you weren't coming back" He reminded.

"Yeah, I thought so too" I said. An awkward silence appeared. "So, it looks like your re-building" I said out of the blue.

"Yeah, thanks to you and your friends we have managed to get our resources back" He explained.

"Well, your welcome" I smiled. "Do you know where my father is?"

"Where he has always been" He answered, pointing at the volcano.

"Ok, thanks" I thanked and ran of to find my father.

I walked through the giant corridors, that was not frozen. Everything was glowing bright red I think it looked a lot better. I tried to remember where to go but after a while I did find my way, but after all it did look really different. I started to feel a slight burn on my bad arm and it was moving toward's my wound. It tried my best to ignore it but it wasn't the easiest thing in the world. I kept walking forward until I found what looked the throne room. I walked into the room and saw my father pacing around. "Uh....Dad" I stuttered. He turned around and smile grew on his face. I gave him a half smile. "What are you doing here?" He asked.

"I needed some space" I mumbled. His smiled faded as he noticed my arm. "Why hasn't this healed?" He pointed. He walked towards me and took hold of my arm. The burn started to get worse and started to turn into a sharp pain. I flinched and pulled my arm away. "It won't go. I'm stuck with it" I moaned.

"You never answered my question" He reminded. I stayed silent. "What are you doing here?" He asked again.

"I have a death sentence, Odin's probably looking for me now" I murmured. Surtur's eyes widened. "What did you do?" He questioned.

"That's the thing I didn't do anything, it was that girl Nebula" I answered.

"What was Nebula doing in Asgard?"

"She wanted me to go see her father and in return I will get my memory back" I started "Then, she killed most of the guards and I was there in the wrong place at the wrong time. But, no one would listen to me and now Odin is looking for me and when he finds me he's going to kill me." Surtur looks at me with worry I could see in his eyes that he was terrified and to be honest so was I. "Do you have any plans?" He asked. I shock my head. "No, but the first thing that came to mind was to come here. I told everyone that I would never come here again, so I can stay here for a while" I explained.

"You're always welcome" Surtur said. I smiled and nodded. Then, I felt tears running down my cheek. "Don't cry. You'll get through this, I've known you longer than you know. Even if for most of your life was in Asgard. But you are way to stubborn just to give up" He announced.

"Not even Thor believed me" I sniffed. I remebered Thor's face full of disappointment. "You've got to understand the life of a Flame Giant, we are treated differently to the other species" Surtur explained. I took a deep breath and nodded. "Now go get some rest" He ordered. I looked at him and then looked around, I was confused of where to go. "Oh, I'll show you to your room" He suggested. I giggled and followed him.

We made it to the room, I said bye to my father and went in the room. It wasn't the best looking room in the world, but it will do. I went over to the bed and curled up, trying to get my mind off things. But, that didn't work, I suddenly burst into tears just thinking about how I will never be going back to Asgard again. I'm never going to see Thor again, I'm never going to be in his arms again....
