Chapter 24 - Blaze

I woke up still curled up on my bed, I sat up and rubbed my eyes. I looked around and remembered I was in Muspelheim, I was expecting to still be in Asgard.

Then, I heard yelling it sounded like father and I wanted to know what was happening, so I quickly sorted myself out and walked out the room. I tried to remember the way that father showed but to be honest I wasn't really paying any attention. There were some moments where I got completely lost because all the halls look exactly the same. But when I gave up my fathers yelling was really loud and it sounded really close. I tried to follow the voice, then I walked round the corner and I saw father on his throne yelling. I looked in the direction my father was looking and there infront of the throne stood Thor. Surtur turned his head and and when he when he noticed me, he became silent. Then, Thor locked eyes with me. "What are you doing here?" I asked in an annoyed tone.

"Emily, I'm sorry" He apologized.

"You didn't bring your father did you?" I questioned. He shock his head. We stayed silent for a bit. "How did you get here?" Surtur boomed.

"One of you people he could make me walk through" He explained. I looked around and saw the floor made of ice. "What happened?" I asked.

"We had an attack last night by Laufey" My eyes widened with shock.

"I thought you killed him. I even saw you when I was first here" I cried.

"Uh, no he escaped" he muttered. I started to walk out of the palace. "Where are going?" I heard Thor yell.

"Jotunheim" I said.

"If you go there they will kill you" Thor moaned.

"Like you care!!!!!" I screamed. Before I knew it someone grabbed my arm and turned me round and saw Thor right infront of me. "What makes you say that?" He whispered.

"Not believing that Nebula wasn't here and then walking away from me" I answered.

"Well, it's a good thing that Loki did tell me he saw Nebula too and he knows where your memory is" He mumbled. I raised my eyebrow. "I know you want me to go back but you know I can't. You know I can't" I reminded.

"Then, I could stay" he suggested.

"You can't do that you have a kingdom to run, people to see, people here will kill you and plus my father doesn't like you very much" I whispered the last part. Thor let out a giggle.

"What?" I said.

"You" He mumbled.

"I'm being serious" I was trying not to to laugh. "You've got to go." I tried to push him out of the way but he didn't move. I turned my head and noticed my father wasn't there anymore. "I think we scared him" I joked.

"So, your going to stay here?" Thor asks. I nodded also giving him an apologetic look. Then, I heard my father call for me. "I better go" I murmured. "You better get going too." I kissed his cheek and walked off. Suddenly, Thor grabbed my wrists and pulled me towards him. "You really think thats how you say goodbye" he laughed. I giggled and then our lips met. Then, I heard the palace doors burst open, Me and Thor broke apart and I looked down the hall. I saw Odin and a whole army marching towards me. "You told me you didn't bring them!!" I yelled.

"Emily, believe me. I didn't say a word to him" He explained. He put his hand on my shoulder and I pushed him off. But, before I could speak, all of a sudden someone grabbed me from behind. I tried to pull away but he was way to strong. "Well done, Thor. You found her before I did" Odin congratulated . Thor looked over at me. "Emily, I...." he started.

"I don't care. You lied to me and you were just stalling me" I interrupted. He looked at me with guilt in his eyes. "I love you" he whispered. I sighed and looked back at me. "I wish you can tell me the truth" I moaned. Then, I saw the hurt in his eyes. I pushed towards a group of guards and I saw around them was the Flame Giants. "What are you doing to them?" I asked.

"We needed a way to get here didn't we" Odin chuckled. A guard put me in chains, he put me in some sort of handcuffs and something around my neck. We started moving to and when we made it outside. The guards pulled out there swords and put them next to the Flame Giants and the heat suddenly disappeared from the ground. But, one of the Flame Giants refused to do it, I saw him trying to run away and then I noticed it was the Flame Giant I knew the most and it looked like he wanted to save me this time.

I looked over at Odin and he gave a nod to a guard, the guard went to the Giant and before the Giant could even reach me a sword went right through his chest. "NO!!!" I screamed. I felt heat through my body and then chains around me melted. When I was free, I ran straight to him. I put the heat back around me so no one could get to us. "Oh no, this is all my fault" I gasped.

"No it wasn't. I made a stupid move" he choked.

"I wish there was something I could do" I moaned.

"There is" He coughed. I looked at him in confusion. "What's that?" I asked.

"Just carry on with whatever is going on. Don't not take a step back, take a step forward you will make it to the end" He said. I felt tears in my eyes. "I don't even know your name" I mumbled.

"Blaze" He whispered.

"What?" I sniffed.

"My name is Blaze" he repeated. I nodded. "You were a good friend although we have only spoke three times" I joked. He chuckled. "I have one more thing" he started. I raised my head. "Thanks for coming back"

"Your welcome" I said. All of the colour went from his body, the blood stopped appearing from his wound and his body went still and cold. "No, No, Blaze stay with me, Blaze" I stuttered. I didn't realise that some of the Flame Giant were taking away the heat from the ground where I was. I was pulled away from Blaze but I didn't do anything, cause I found out that was noting I could do.....

Hey!!!!!!!!!!! There's Chapter 24 it was quite a sad one but we need to add a bit of emotion to these things.
