Third person's pov

Blaire and Ian got in the living room holding each other's hand.

She was shining, she couldn't hide how happy and relieved she was not only for Zachary's death but also for Ian. His arm was healed, the doctors had checked on him generally as she had asked them to although Ian insisted he was fine and they had assured her that he was perfect.

Ian from the other side seemed to be quite tired but he couldn't stop looking calm and pleased. He wasn't smiling that much but no one could doubt that he was happy!

Both of them were wearing clean, casual clothes, they had taken a bath at the pack hospital and they hadn't talked a lot because they hadn't managed to stay alone with each other. The only thing for sure although was that they weren't nervous or awkward. Blaire had back her memory as well as Beth, she was acting like the previous days when she couldn't remember and Ian didn't seem to be worried about her decision. It was like they knew they were together but they didn't have to tell each other about it.

The second they got in the silent living room they were welcomed from all their family and friends that began cheering and clapping their hands.

They were all there waiting for them...

George with Fern and Matthew with Rafael were in front of everyone and couldn't hide how touched they were with Fern trembling and George smirking to his kids with pride while Matthew was standing on his feet with difficulty with Rafael supporting him in sympathy.

Next were Albert and Ann with Julia and Travis that was quite better and the doctors had allowed him to leave hospital as he had no serious wounds and they had almost gotten healed.

After them, were Kyle and Nina with Derek and Tia. Kyle was by far happier than ever, he was close to break into sobbing and not because of Zachary... Now his main interests were Blaire and Ian, his sister and his new brother. He was the one that had trusted Ian first and he was right. Ian became everyone's supporter, an equal family member, a man worthy of his sister and her love and a man that deserved a second chance.

Nina from the other side was wiping her tears, Blaire was her sister after all, she knew her for two years and her story with Ian had touched her heart just like Derek that had lived everything the previous weeks. He was closer than everyone else to Ian, they knew about Kyle, they had helped him together and Ian had found out about him and Tia, he had helped them and had promised to tell nobody, Derek was not only grateful to him, he was considering him as his older brother, the one he never had and needed his guidance.

And Tia... Was maybe the most serious but proud person in the room for her sister and brother! Ian had stolen her heart with his behavior, he had mesmerized her and he had managed to erase the past from her memory, his honest love was enough to help her get over the bad images and that was going against her young age, she was a child after all but a mature and strong one...

After them were Stefan with Alex and Henna with Nick. Stefan was finally relieved because after so many years he could read Blaire's thoughts and he was sure she had made her choice and now they could be all happy. He had a feeling... It was a sign, everything was a sign and the way things had happened were leaving him no doubt that Blaire had to give Ian a chance and he had to do the same with him mate. He hadn't talked to her, he couldn't because he wanted to talk to Blaire first but he was sure it was a matter of time for that to happen.
