"It will only be like 15 people max," Chelsey said to Madison as she teased her hair up. The painful pull of her skull made her wince. She locked eyes with her best friend of fourteen years, and scowled.

"Is there an easier way to fix my hair? This hurts," Madison's face contorted every time Chelsey pulled too hard on a knot in her hair.

"Nope!" Her friend said way to excitedly for her comfort. "Plus, I'm almost finished."

Madison muttered a few uncolorful words as Chelsey finished whatever she was doing to her hair. Chelsey is a hairstylist and loves to try new looks on her roommate, also known as Madison. Madison doesn't have the heart to tell her friend that she does not like her hair messed with but sucks it up.

"Done!" Chelsey clapped her hands together and spun Madison around in her chair, letting out a small squeal. Madison's eyes widened in surprise.

Her hair was done up in a beautiful braided crown on top her head with a few loose hairs hanging by her head to frame her face. Her bright brown hair looks almost blonde with the temporary dye in it. Oh but what surprised her more was her makeup.

Chesley did a simple yet natural look like Madison requested which was at upmost perfection. Madison's dark blue eyes looked  a deep turquoise color which made her rosy cheeks stand out. A small smile filled the girls face as she examined herself.

"So?" Chesley couldn't hold it anymore, she was going to explode from anticipation if Madison liked the look. When she nodded her head, Chesley threw her arms around her friend, squealing the whole time.

"Ah! Careful! You are going to ruin my makeup!" Chesley immediately pulled away, her face alarmed that she might have to make touch ups. This sent Madison into a full fit of giggles at her surprised friends face. A small scowl settled on her face as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Not cool," She pouts which makes Madison laugh harder. Eventually, Chesley cracks, breaking into a full round of laughter.

"Okay, okay! Calm yourself woman! You might actually ruin your makeup at the rate you are going."

The girls pull themselves together and make their way out of Chesley's Salon. Chesley locks the door to her shop, closing for tonight and they make their way to Madison's beat up pickup truck. The girls climb into the truck, Chesley having slight trouble with her five foot ten height.

Madison places her phone on the dash as she puts in the address for the party and starts her engine, rolling out of the parking lot. The girls pull up to the house exactly at nine o'clock and park three houses down. Madison glares at the girl in the passenger seat and she shrinks as far back into it as she can under her friends piercing gaze.

"You better get out before I change my mind Chels," Her friend perks up and pushes the door open, running to her friends side.

Madison's brain filled with the thoughts of how her last experience with a college frat party went. Let's just say some drinks were spiked, one strip tease, and a very haunting video her bff has recorded. She shuddered at the though. Chesley stripped her out of her flashback with a delicate hand on her shoulder. A small smile settled on her face.

She can do this.

A nod of approval let Chesley know to take the lead. One of her arms looped hers and Madison's as she led the way inside. The lights were blinding. Flashing from greens, blues, purples, red, etc. The thumping of the bass practically shook the floor. Music blasted in their ears as they shoved past the entrance, stepping over the threshold.

Chesley leaned down slightly to Madison's ear and told her something which she couldn't understand.

"What?" She shouted to the girl to her left. She got closer, raising her voice and octave.
