3 against the world (hiatus)

Second period

"RRRRIIINNNGGGG." First period had ended and Levi was walking to his next class. Mrs.Whitehook was his teachers name. She taught Elixirs. When he walked into the classroom he saw shelves full of items to make elixirs from, such as Eye of Newt and Snake Venom. "Hello you must be Levi, please pick a seat but pick carefully because that will be your seat the rest of the school year," Mrs.Whitehook said when he walked through the door.

Mrs.Whitehook was a kind-looking woman although there were 6 snakes surrounding her. She has long snow white hair, yellow snake-like eyes, long claw-like nails. She had a sweet smile though and instead of standing or sitting she was floating peacefully above her desk.

Levi sat down when the Dragon walked into the classroom. He sat right next to Levi, surprising him because nobody ever liked to sit next to him. "H-Hi i'm Levi," Levi stuttered while fidgiting with his hands. "Hey i'm Damien, are you alright you seem fidgety?" Damien introduced himself sounding slightly worried. "I'm alright how are you?" Levi asked. "I'm good. Do you know any Kitsune named Katrina?" Damien asked awkwardly. "No I don't but I do know that there is a girl that a lot of boys and girls are crushing on already. It might be her because Kitsune are beautiful creatures," Levi said in a cheerful whisper.

"Hey do you want to hangout later,"Levi asked him curiously. "Yeah sure, but, is it alright if I invite Katrina," Damien responded. Levi was about to say something else when a young Phoenix boy yelled at them saying, "Hey shut up would you!" Damien yelled back at him,"You don't tell me what to do! Go back to your Elixir!"

The Phoenix boy's name is Sam and he is the kind of guy nobody ever stood up to. He had dark blue hair with hints of black, nails like talons, and eyes that change color with his emotions. When he felt normal his eyes were a blazing blue fire, but his eyes were a raging red fire at the moment. "GGGRRR. I don't care just be quiet," He said under his breath. 

"I can't believe how he thinks he is better than everyone else," Damien said to Levi in an angry tone. Damien was upset because he had never seen how rude people could act. Sam was so angry he stood up and ran out of the class not looking back. Right when the door fully shut they heard a loud bloodcurdling scream at the end of the hallway.

The speakers turned on and Mrs.Ruby said, "All students must go to the flying field and all staff must come help me." The scream sounded like a girl in fear of her life. Everyone except Levi and Damien, who hid in the corner, ran to the field. 

Once everyone was out of the class the two boys ran to where the scream came from and they found a mask on the floor. "Katrina's mask,"Damien whispered as he picked it up from the ground. They heard talking around the corner. "I don't know what happened but that girl has seen something truly horrifying,"the boys heard Mrs.Ruby say. The boys heard shivering like someone in shock. Curled in a ball on the stairs next to them was Katrina, looking like she just stared death in the face. Levi's shoe slipped on the freshly waxed floor causing Mrs.Ruby to walk to the boys and grabbing them by their ears, surprisingly gentle and pulled them around the corner. "What are you two doing still in the building!" Mrs.Ruby shrieked. "We were curious who screamed and what happened,"Damien explained looking worried.

Damien turned and sat next to Katrina holding her mask out for her to take it. She took it back, instantly starting to calm down. Damien turned to Mrs.Ruby and stated,"I'm taking her home and Levi is coming with me. DO NOT FOLLOW ME!" he growled in a deadly tone causing the whole staff to back away from him, frightened. The trio walked to the building and all of the students were standing there waiting.

Damien yelled at everyone to stand back when a dark red smoke surrounded Damien starting from his feet up. The smoke grew until a large tail swished it away. Damien was 5 times bigger.
