The Sun's Song

7 1 3

The sun it sings a melody
Older than time itself
It hums about humidity
And warm hot things itself
It starts the day long song it does
It sings it all day long
The world well we perfect that song
Of life and death alone
Singing humming all the songs
The sun at least begins them
How off tune our lives would be
If the sun just wasn't in them
So be thankful for the sun this day
and sing along with him
