"The last time was your final reminder if you keep being so neglegent, As we sair before we will be taking your dorm. You have time to pack by noon then you can leave" said the matron,of the dorm.
He was a jolly good fellow but when it came to tidiness and orderliness, he had zero tolerance.
Ian and Sofie exchanged glances, this wasn't the first time they had been asked to leave, but this time seemed like there was no way of getting out
Just as the mayron left, Ian's phone began to buzz. It was Jared, their room mate.
"Hello" said Ian as he answered. "I just called to let you know that I'd come late,so just keep the door unlocked" said Jared at the other end. "Actually we've got only till noon to keep the room,so you better come quick" said Ian. And explained what the matron had said.
Just as they began to pack, yhe door bell rang."Open it" said Sofie." Maybe matron felt bad and wants us to stay". But it wasn't the matron, it was Jared, who seemed rather cross.
"How can you two be so immature, by the look of our room I totally agree with matron". It had been only two days since Jared took a day off and cleaned the room.
But now it looked as if aliens had invaded the place. There were empty soda cans around Ian's bed, Sofie's magazines scattered all over the place and last nights dinner plates that still remained unwashed.
By the time they found a way to stop Jared at yelling at every single thing in the room and pack afterwards,it was already noon.
They loaded their stuff in Sofie's car, handed the room keys to the matron. The matron who had a kind heart gave them half the rent they had paid for the month.
And they were off on the streets. Homeless.
