"What's the address of this place..." asked Jared.
"13th Corn Field Avenue" said Sofie, just as she hung up the phone with the land lord. "It's weird he didn't even say his name, just said the address and hung up"
They drove for a while, but the closer they got to the house, the creepier the view became.

They had tried to track the house with the GPS, but it wasn't sure were they  were heading, it just kept on saying "rerouting". So instead they decided to use the number on the website to direct them.
"According to the owner, this seems like the place" said Sofie. It was a narrow road   and the either sides of the road were corn  patches, the sky above it had a thick layer of mist. The sign on the road that says "welcome to CORNFIELD AVENUE" seemed as if it was bound to fall off any minute.

They finally found the house, which was rather difficult, since all the houses looked exactly the same.
They got off the car, the wind blowing from the trees gave them nasty cold chills through their spines.

It was a two story house, which was mostly covered by two huge trees. It looked like any old house, but there was something about the house.Something that you couldn't put your finger where.
They walked towards the house, their shoes crunching on the dried leaves on the porch. The closer it went the colder it got.

"This doesn't seem like a good idea" said Jared, "this place gives me the creeps". " Come on, it isn't that bad, besides we haven't got much money left" said Ian, just as Sofie tapped the door.
The door opened with a screech. "Hey, who are you?" yelled someone behind them.
