Trapped

Help *Chapter 1*

I pace back and forth shaking. My kidnapper would be back any minute and he'd beat me to a pulp. I was locked in the basement of an abandoned hospital. My breathing quicken as I hear someone walking around. Tears start to fill my eyes. I then hear a second pair of feet. I freeze as I hear two unfamiliar voices. I shake thinking that he brought more people to beat me. "No," I scream, "Please! No!"
"What was that?" I hear one of the voices say.
"Please! Don't! Don't hurt me!" I scream. The door starts to shake and I back up to a wall. I slide down the wall and curl up in a ball.
"Hello?" a voice says. I scream and cover my head.
"Back away from the door! I'm breaking it down!" one of the voices shout. After a few bangs, the door flies open.
"No, please," I whimper, "Don't hurt me!"
"My god, Shane! You just saved someone's life!" the short one shouts. I look over and see them coming near me.
"No, no. Stay away," I say trying to get closer to the wall. They both stop and look at each other.
"Miss, we're here to help you," the tall one, called Shane I think, says. They both look at me with concern in their eyes. I slowly stand up and take a step towards them.
"You mean, you're here to help me? Not to attack or beat me?" I ask hopefully.
"Of course not!" the short one exclaims.
"Ryan and I were here on business when we heard you," Shane says. I look at them and smile.
"Thank you," I say, "Thank you!" They lead me out of the basement and back to the world.
