I have this terrible feeling that were being led into a trap. Michael looks over at me, giving me a look of agreement. it's hard adjusting to what Michael did, meaning fixing my mid block. Michaels phone starts ringing, the Id showing Calum.
Mike: what's up?
Calum: oh not much just traffic on out southbound journey.
Mike: shit well we better get going then. Bye
Michael hangs up and looks at me, "Blair, Calum is going to go to the city and we need to go interstate".
"What's going on mikey?" I ask concerned.
"Finn and Lachlan are following directly behind them" he explains.
"Shit, so it was a trap!"
"Yeah unfortunately" Michael says signing.
I take a sharp left turn into an isolated road, hiding the car well enough nobody could see but we could still see the road.
"Have you seen Calum go past yet?" I ask Michael.
"no, he was left about 10- 15 minutes after us, so it didnt look suss" he explains.
"Mike, babe, you realise we were under detected until hazel came along?" I say.
"Are you saying hazel was set up?" he asks. I just nod, being able to deal with what I just said.
My daughter is on the enemy side, great. I knew Michael was reading my thoughts cause his grip on my hand tightened in a comforting way.
"Hopefully the others will realise" Ashton says breaking the silence.
Calum won't, I thought, he's totally blinded by his love for his daughter.
"Calum probably won't" Michael says reading my thoughts.
"Guys Calum's car passed like 10 minutes ago, I think we're safe" Luke says.
I start the car heading in the opposite direction to before.
3 HOURS LATER
Michaels phone starts to ring, Calum's number shows up.
M: "Calum?"
C: "she's dead, their dead"
M: "Calum calm down."
C: "they killed hazel, and the twins"
M: "shit, where are you and kai?"
C: "coming to find you guys"
M: "okay"
C: "also I killed Finn"
M:" okay I guess well see you soon"
Calum then hangs up not replying to Michael.
"Blair, hazels dead" Michael says.
"Oh shit" I reply, "anybody else die?"
"Yeah the twins and Finn" he replies to me.
It's didnt really bother me a great deal that hazel had died
because I never really had a bond with her, I never really saw her and even spoke to her!
"Do you think calum will be alright?" 8 ask Michael.
" I don't really know, it's hard to tell."
We pull over at maccas to get some food while we are waiting for Kai and Calum to get back.
We go in and order the four of us sitting in a booth.
" You think it's that easy to get away from me sis?" I hear a voice from behind me ask.
"Well Lachlan, I thought you would've been happy with killing cam, linc and my daughter" I reply seething.
"Come on, I'm not gonna stop coming after you until Lilith sees you dead" he says.
"Who's Lilith?'
"That's for me to know and you to find out!" He says sassily. "oh you can have your Pathetic werewolf back to" walking away.
