So, for reference, there's what the two main protagonists look like

I kinda needed to post this so you all could see what these two looked like.
So, Sabi is obviously 20; Scar is five years older than her, so he's 25.
Scar has unique features like his green and blue faded tail and ears. His white eyes and white hair are completely natural.
Sabi, as you can tell, is very similar to Goku yet with Vegeta's personality. Her hair is long and is a lighter brown like Vegeta's hair. Her tail is unusually long for a Saiyan but is very useful for sneak attacks.
Raxian fun facts:
Raxians are like chameleons, they can change the color of their skin to blend into their surroundings.
They also have long tongues. If you take their tongue out and scale it to a Raxian's body then it will reach the top of their shoulders.
Only NOBLE Raxians have white hair OR white eyes. ROYAL Raxians have white hair AND white eyes.
Nobles are normally ranked as the middle class. They have middle class housing that could possibly fit at least a small moon inside.
There is only one family of Royals and the eldest son will gain the throne. Scar is the Raxian Prince yet he was not named. No Royal is named until they are given the title King, Queen, prince of princess.
The tail of a Raxian will change color once he is also mated. It will change from blue and green, to red and white.
