I don't really know if I can continue writing this story. It kinda has become a burden for me since I don't know where it is heading too. If it continues like this, am afraid it will be cut short.

Author's POV

Everything was almost set for the witches arrival that all everyone could feel in the air was the anticipation of them coming.

Since that incident some weeks ago, Lucas and Mark seem to avoid each other. Well, not really since both parties were busy. Especially Mark. And it has been a few days since the Nathan and Mark incident and they also seem to avoid each other(not).

And as time also went by, Luna Lisa's altitude has become terrible. Way worse than when she suddenly turned all nice and two-goody shoes.

She is always caught at the same place, spot, time and area looking towards the sky as if expecting something to drop down and when been interrupted, she would lash out like a mother hen who just saw a snake.

The last person who felt her wrath suffered a slap and tear on the cheek. Not enough to worry about but enough to cause an uproar for the Luna's doing.

Ever since then, she's been under house arrest and the only person who can get to her is her husband. Because seeing him gives her a little bit of sanity. But no matter the deaths in a battle, it must go on till there is a survivor, a winner.

By the time the witches arrived, it was a little after 5. Not great timing now is it?

"Welcome! It's so nice that you could make it. We are sorry for all the trouble." Alpha Drake welcomed them in with an handshake to the leader of the witches council.

"The pleasure is all ours and it's not a bother at all, in fact, it's more like camping so it great to be here." Derek Armstrong, leader of the witches council replied with a stoic smile on his face and nod as they were ushered inside.

Not everyone was present there. Just a few people adding finishing touches to everything.

Mark and the F4, Matilda, Lucas, Veronica and Jake, Nathan and Linda, Alpha Philip and Luna Anna, Alpha Drake and a few others.

They headed straight towards the living room while talking over the issue that needed to be attended to urgently.

"And you said the weather has been like this for how long?" Ivy, one of the oldest witches council, the oldest twin asked while talking a seat, sitting leg crossed close to Evy, her younger twin.

"For the past one month if I calculated correctly. And it's been messing with the climate change. We don't know if it's morning or noon because of the weather which makes the clock very useful in the crucial point of time." Alpha Drake replied. Worry sipping out of his tone.

"No kidding." Edgard, the oldest of the witches council replied with stoic voice dripping with sarcasm and mockery.

"I have to confess. In all my years of being a witch and being apart of the council, I have seen nothing like this. But judging with the way it looks and feel, it was done on purpose." Evy said. Her voice was so light like a whisper that you wouldn't want to hear the evening breeze blowing by, afraid that it would take the voice away.
