It was 6am...

All I could hear was the constant ringing of my alarm filling my room...

A groan escapes my mouth as I got up and sat on the edge of my bed not wanting to wake up...

I was going to a new school a school where i was gonna be a complete stranger and a new school meant a lot of goodbyes to friends I wasnt gonna see anymore...

I snoozed my alarm...

I slowly walked to the bathroom step by step to take a shower. The warm streams of water flowing down my body make me feel tingly I wanted to stay there forever and feel the warmth wrap around my body. I felt a strange comfort.

I needed to get ready for school...

I changed into some casual clothes and went to the corner of my room where I threw my backpack...

I made made way down the stairs to the kitchen to see...

My mom eating...
My dad reading newspaper with crossed legs...
My 2 year old brother playing with blocks...

"Goodmorning",I say as I walk up to the table to eat the pancakes my mom made for me.

"Goodmorning now eat up so I can drive you to your new school",I nod as my mouth was full.

I was done and washed my plate...

We drove there for what seemed liked hours...

I looked outside to enjoy nature...

Trees......

Animals......

Flowers.......

People.......

Then all of the sudden emotions hit because of the fear I had of people not liking me....

Anger...

Nervousness...

Sadness...

Uneasiness...

As my mom parked she notices...

"Hey your gonna be okay, okay sweetie?",she says holding my cheeks in her hands. I nod and open the door to get out of the car.

I step out..

Turn around one last time...

Saying...

"Thanks mom i love you",I say shaking but confident. Closing the door behind me heading towards the school.
