I switched school in my sophomore year so im a sophomore...
I slowly step my way out of the parking lot when I hear a familiar voice in the distance call my name...
I turn around to see my cousin Paris running towards me her black vans hitting the ground almost dramatically as if she was going in slowmo. Paris and I have never been close but she likes to think so and who am I to crush her dreams amirite.
"Omg I didnt know you went here",she said as she tackles me into a hug. I stumbled a little, the floor under my feet shifted and I fell back. Paris lay ontop of me still hugging me waiting for me to hug back.
"Yeah, Im new todays my first day and I am so happy I know someone",I said hugging back.
Paris took me by the hand and ran into school. I always liked how hype she was. She made me forget about my social anxiety sometimes but when I looked at the faces of the students we passed. It all came back.
We made it to the hallway. Paris still holding my hand as shes dragging me to the principals office. I tried keeping up with her but I couldnt I mean what was I expecting Paris on the track team.
Paris let go off my hand. I swear to God she likes seeing me miserable because when she lets go my feet dont stop and im wobbling forward untill I hit someone chest.
Paris ran a little further but stopped when she noticed I wasnt following her anymore...
I look up from the place I lay in the males chest to be met with warm brown eyes. The male appeared to be Asian and smiled softly. For a second I forgot all about school.
My stomach felt funny. It felt as if my heart forgot how to beat and I forgot hiw to breathe. This feeling was new to me. Never having experienced love before because the guys at my old school were jerks and they never looked at me....
As I stared into this strangers deep brown eyes I examined all of his features...
His lips..
His brown locks...
