Chapter 3 - metting

"hey Spence it is time to wake up"

"Mmmm thanks for waking me up." I say as I slowly open my eyes.

"No problem."

You are going to be living in this house here with Albert and Joana. He points to a small white house with a bright blue door. Making it look out place beside all the other houses.

"Thanks for the drive I guess I will get going then." I say as I step out of the car and go to the back to get my luggage.

"Hey let me help you with that." Rob says as he walks to the back with me lifting the trunk and taking the luggage out.

"Here you get Spence. Take care out there okay I don't want to see you back in a long time got that." Rob says with a smile on his face. I know I could always count on Rob he his a father figure to me and I love him like one.

"Don't worry you won't see me for a while. Bye Rob." I say while hugging him for the third time and hopefully the last.

"Bye Spence."

I start to walk to the door as a guy comes outside. That must be Albert he looks younger then I thought. I give him a tight smile.

"Make sure to look after her. Oh and Susan will be checking in ever mouth tell you get more comfortable here." Rob yells from the car waving good bye.

"I will don't worry." Albert shouts back. I get on the doorstep and turn for the last time and wave as rob drives away.

"Hello Spence or Emily I should probably call you now." Albert says as he wake in the house.

"Hey." Is all I say back as I follow him in. I look around the house and notice that it is decreased really nicely. There is also lots of pictures of him and I am assuming Joana.

"Just follow me your room is just around the corner." He says as he walks into the living room.

"So joana will be back later on she is just at work right now. There in supper in the fridge you just have to heat it up. I will be in the garage just working on a few things. And you will be starting school in three days it is a really nice school lots of people." Albert says nervously jumbling over his words. I guess he is new to this.

"Okay I will just unpack my stuff. I will probably eat dinner later had a big lunch." I say as I walk into the room. The room looks bigger then the one I had last time. That's nice.

"Okay then I will see you in a little while. Just tell me if you need anything." He says then starts to walk away probably to the garage.

I put down on bags and take in the room fully. Three is three eight walls and one red one. There is a desk in the corner and shelves next to it. A big bed in the middle and a closet on the other side with a mirror on the doors. The light in just a simple light bulb with a cover. It is a pretty nice room just have to personalize it a bit.

I go to my suit case and start unpacking. I hang up all my clothes and put up a few picture frames of me and my past friends. I can't have pictures of my actually family up so I put that in a box in the closet. I bring those with me everywhere they are my prize passion. I lay on the bed and sleep slowly take me over.

"Hey is anyone home." I hear a feminine voice fill the house waking me up. I slowly get up and looking the mirror and fix myself up. I walk out my room to get supper and great who I am guessing is Joana.

"Hello you must be Emily." A voice behind me says scaring me a bit. I turn around to come face to face with a girl in her mid thirty's with long natural red hair and a small baby bump.

"Uh yes I am I am guessing you are Joana. It is nice to meet you." I say back.

"Are you hungry cause I am starving." She says as she walks to the fridge probably to get the left over food.

"Yeah I could go for some food." I say and take a seat on the sinning room chair.

"We got spaghetti or stir fry. Which one do you want." She says turning around to look at me.

"Can I have the stir fry."

"Yeah no problem."she starts to take the stir fri out and walls to the microwave.

"Do you know if Albert is in the garage." She asked

"Yeah he is. If you don't mind me asking what does he and you do." I asked. I am too curious for my own good.

"Oh he repairers cars and I am a interior designer." The microwave starts to been and she takes out the food and comes to seat down across from me.

"Did you decorate this house your self."

"Yes I did." She says with a huge smile. You can see the pride shinning in her eyes.

"It looks really nice." I say and she smiles even bigger.

I hear a door open. I turn around and see Albert coming into view.

"Hey honey you back already." He says walking up to Joana giving her a kiss on the cheek.

"Yeah I got off early today." She says back.

"I guess sense we are all here we should have a talk." Albert says. I nod my head I have been waiting for THE TALk it happens in every other home I have been too.

"So we all now the situation here and I just want to make sure you are all comfortable." Albert says while sitting down.

"Yeah I am all comfortable thank you for welcoming me to your home. I was just wondering what you would like me to call you." I ask. The family should of went over what our cover story is with Susan she is the one who sets this all up for me. I went through I little bit she told me the family will fill me in.

"We are your auntie and uncle and you are living with us right because your parents are away with business a lot." Joana fills in for me.

"Okay makes sense and thank you again. I just want to ask how far along are you." I ask Joana pointing to her baby bump.

"Oh you noticed that. I am 2 months." She says while looking at Albert looking happier then ever. I probably won't get bro see the baby. I will most likely be gone by then. He finds me pretty fast that man.

"I just want to tell you the rules we have in our house. So you can ether vacuumed, laundry or dishes and try not to cuss and make sure to do your homework. That really all." Albert says looking at me.

"I will do the dishes and I will try to do my best." I say to them being as censer as I can be.

I always want to be nice with these family's they are letting me in there home knowing full well a crazy man is after me and...
