After Barry's water broke he told Felicity to call the boys and she did and then she took Barry to the pack doctor.
When they got there the doctor put out a giant wolf bed and looked at Barry.
Dr. Knight: Luna I need you to shift so that you can give birth to your pups
Barry: yes doctor
Barry then shifts and lays on the giant wolf bed.
Just then Clark shows up running in with Oliver.
Clark: am I late?
Dr. Knight: your just in time Alpha
Clark: great: he sits on the floor and rubs Barry's fur.
As the doctor started something else happened.
Felicity: o no
Oliver: what's wrong babe?
Felicity: my water just broke
Oliver panics: what, but it's to soon, you are not suppose to give birth until 2 weeks from now
Felicity: well tell that to the pup
Dr. Knight: Werewolves have a history of sometimes giving birth early that means that the pup is fast growing and to our kind that's normal
Clark: can we get back to my mate here
Dr. Knight: of course Alpha, just let me get another doctor for them
Clark: fine, but hurry
He nods and does that and another doctor took care of them.
After a few hours Barry was ready to push and after a few more hours Barry finally gave birth and the doctor cleaned up the pups and then gave them to Barry's wolf and the pups start drinking from him.
Clark: their beautiful: he tries to touch on of them, but Jase growls and that makes Clark back his hand back: why did he do that?
Dr. Knight: it's his wolf Alpha, he won't let you go near them
Clark: but their my pups too
Dr. Knight: I know, But since he just gave birth he's not gonna let any human go near the pups and since the pups are in wolf Form your mates wolf is in charge right now and the only way to get close to your pups at this time is if you go into your wolf form too
Clark: I see, very well
Clark then shifts and goes to them and Jase let him go near them and he looked at them.
And there was a black pup and white pup.

After that Barry fell asleep from the birth.
Meanwhile Felicity was in her wolf form and was still waiting for her to be ready to push.
