I smiled widely as I lifted Roro to my waist. It was her first birthday and she was decked out in Black Pyramid and was just looking beautiful at our birthday photoshoot.

"Happy Birthday to my babyyy." I sang as I rocked her then threw her up in the air and she squealed hugging my head.
I'm gonna be completely honest before she was born it felt like I wasn't living at all, it felt like I was going through the motions. She literally gave my life purpose.
I smiled as she laid her head on my chest and put her thumb in her mouth and we took a few more pictures before we finished up and I dapped up my guys then got our stuff and left for her party.
"You're gonna love your surprise munchkin." I said strapping her into her car seat and I got in the front and drove back to my house.
When we got there everyone yelled happy birthday and of course, she was excited and so I changed her into her princess bathing suit so she could run around with her little friends from daycare.
"Baby this party is amazing, you're such a great day." Kiana said kissing my lips repeatedly and I chuckled.
"Thank you mamas."
She smiled at me and the people from Disney that I hired walked in and started entertaining the kids. I couldn't help but smile at how excited each of them got. They were so innocent and adorable.
A girl dressed in a teapot costume danced around with Royalty and I smiled a bit watching them then slowly stopped. She looked so familiar but...from where?
I pushed the thought back and focused on the party.
After the party
I was at the bar because most of the kids had already passed out after being in the pool and eating all day and someone walked over. I just kept my head straight until I heard a little voice.
"Hi, do you guys have orange juice?"
My personal bartender nodded and got it for her and I turned my head seeing the teapot from earlier.
She took the cup in both hands and carefully moved it to her lips and I chuckled lightly.
"You're the most adorable teapot I've ever seen." I said and she looked at me then blushed, looking away.
" Thank you sir." She whispered and there was just something about her that was really insanely familiar.
"I'm Chris." I said holding out my hand and she quickly put her drink down shaking it.
"Camari."
"Unusual name...but I like it, how was the party? I mean it was out of both our age groups but what did you think? It was my first time planning a child's party." I asked, now with my both fully turned in her direction.
"I think it was really nice, I wish I had parties like this growing up." She replied and I smiled nodding.
"So are you always dressed up as teapot?" I teased and she giggled lightly.
"No, I'm honestly usually at the park doing tickets and stuff but the original teapot got sick so my boss asked me to cover."
"Well between me and you, I'm lowkey happy the original teapot is sick, you did amazing." I said with a warm smile and she smiled making eye contact with me for the first time since we started our conversation.
"Thank you."
I nodded and she finished her drink then smiled at me.
"Well it was a pleasure meeting you Mr. Chris, good job on your first toddler party." She said and her whole demeanor was just a soft, cute one that for some reason I was drawn to.
"The pleasure was all mine..." I said and she waved then walked away.
