Today is Sunday and my sisters and I are going to church. Our mother was a Christian so she told us a lot about God so we had go to church on Sundays especially when we were in jamaica. 

after all the singing and preaching church were finally over and we were heading back home.

"Hey guys I think amma be with Kahlil," I said to them

"ok are you sure tho," said Skii

"yes I'm sure"

"did you tell him about your situation?" said destiny 

" yes I did and he accepted it"

"well ok then" " incase he breaks your heart I still have that pistol hidden under the old car down the street from the shelter ill kill his ass" destiny said making me laugh

"haha I love you guys," I said while hugging them

it was Monday morning and I was getting ready to go to school

"come on Aasha we don't want to miss the free breakfast at school" shouted Skii

"coming," I said while walking pass them through the door

we waited for the bus and it came and pick us up and drop us at school. we went straight to the cafeteria for breakfast.

after eating we were walking to our locker for our books for class. I opened my locker and I saw a box and I opened it. it was a fucking iPhone 8 I've never had an iPhone before at the end of the box marked ' Kahlil', wow this nigga really bought me a phone

"who's is that," said dest

"uhh Kahlil bought it for me"

"awww that's nice Aash," replied Skii

"I'm giving it back"

"why"

"girl he probably wants something in return you know these boys," I said

" yeah but didn't you say your gonna be with him" replied destiny

"yes relationship isn't always about sex plus he has to earn this," I said to her

"ok miss virgin I hear you" replied dest

"girl bye I'm going to class" "love you," I said to them

"love you too sis," they said together

I really love my sisters they're all I have 

I went to class and sit down destiny and I didn't have the same class right now so we were both parted 

I went to my seat and sat down thinking about Kahlil I didn't even see him in class, is he sick or he's not at school? 

he came in about 5 mins after and sat behind me

"did you get my gift shorty?"

"uh yes but I'm not accepting it"

"why I bought it for you"

"so it's too much you probably want something in return," I said to him but said the last part low only I could hear

"Nah baby I bought it for you and your gonna take it and text me and call me at night so I can hear your beautiful voice"

I smiled but I gave it to him and walked out of the class to the bathroom without even telling the teacher. I sighed when I reached the bathroom I'm scared because nobody has ever been that nice to me before when people do those stuff they always want something in return. I washed my face and headed back to the class

on my way out I saw Kahlil he grabbed me and pushed me in the janitor's room and closed the door next thing his lips were pressed to mine at first I didn't want to kiss him back but it felt good so I did his lips were soft and it tastes like cherry lol we pulled away because we were out of breath

"Aasha I really care about you and I wanna be with you I don't care how you are I like you for you every day I think about you and I can't even focus when I'm not around you I want you to be my girl I want to text and call you every day I'm head over heels for you Mami i-" 

I cut him short by kissing him again 

"ok I understand but you really scare me because nobody has ever been this once to me everybody always takes advantage of me because of my life and I don't want to go through that anymore"

"I understand but you can't shut me out like that Mami" "I really like you a lot"

I smiled "I really like you a lot too," I said blushing

"now why do your lips taste like cherry," I asked him

"oh I sole my sister's lip balm"

I laughed at him

we both came out of the janitor's room and went back to class 

" detention for both of you for leaving the class without my permission," said our teacher I rolled my eyes and went to my seat.

it was now lunchtime and I was sitting with my sisters and I told them everything that happened with me and Kahlil I always tell my sisters what happened to me because that how our mother grew us she thought us to tell each other everything and stick up for one another 

"can I steal her for a moment" I heard Kahlil voice 

"uhh yes you can" Skii replied

"take her, take her please," my sister said smiling

he held my hand and we left the cafeteria he was leading me to his car

"where are we going?" I asked

"to get something to eat" 

"So what's wrong with the food in the cafeteria"

"uh I don't really like it" he replied 

I was about to open the passenger door when he came rushing and opening it for me

"such a gentlemen thank you"

"only for you Mami", he replied

we drove out the school to I don't know where he was going. I was admiring him when he spoke

"why you staring like that shorty"

"I don't know because your handsome" I replied blushing at what I said

he smiled 

"well thank you beautiful"

we stopped at the McDonalds drive-through we ordered two big mac and two milkshakes he parked the car so we can eat. I ate some of the food and left the rest for later when I go home because I know amma be hungry and I don't wanna eat no damn ramen again

the car was silent and I didn't know what to say 

"uuhhh how about we head back to school before lunchtime is over," I said to him

" yeah I think we should" he replied starting the car
