Hello everybody, my name is Annie/Khaos and welcome to my very first x Reader fanfic! Throwing these out there for your future reference, some "codes" for the x Reader palette!

Mini Profile About [Y/n] (gotta have a few things fixed to keep to the plot!)-

-You're approximately 18-21 years old

-You're hardy, and have serious trust issues

-You have PTSD, anxiety, and minor depression, but have the tendency to "block out your emotions" (very unhealthy!)

-You're very practical, hot-headed, and a little violent (under intense situations). You also have a hard time showing proper emotions with people you don't know.

-You're a little on the feminine side (amount of femininity varies by how much you prefer)

-You're short (like, 5'4/1.63m), but pack a good punch, you know how to use a pistol, stab with a knife, and swing a bat

-You're a fast runner but your stamina is shitty [for example you can't run for very long without becoming exhausted]

-You are a quick learner initially, but improving your skills takes a little longer than most.

~This story contains moderate to severe gore which means there will be injuries and potentially life-threatening events occurring with the characters in the story! There will be moderate to detailed descriptions when describing the injuries and how the characters feel, so if this isn't your thing, please don't read on! If it is your thing, but you're uneasy, please PLEASE read with caution! I don't want to run you away with things you didn't want to read!

Scenes in the book includes (but not limited to) the following-

-Chase scenes

-Torture scenes

-Gun fight scenes

-Potentially Triggering Scenes that include shouting, insulting, talking down to, screaming, stabbing, cutting, hitting, panic, attempted suicide, suicidal thoughts, and more.

~There will be moderate swearing in this book. Not like every other sentence but when it becomes necessary, strong words will be used.

~This is a very dark story! There will be sensitive topics discussed and shown within the book (including from the scenes above). While this is more of a side topic, these things still need to be taken seriously both in the book and in real life! If you ever feel the need to do self-harm, suicide, overdose, or ANYTHING self-destructive or remotely related to these topics, please talk to someone! I've had to deal with these personally and I want to shed a little light on the seriousness of these topics and that they should NOT be taken lightly. (I've read a LOT of books that make self-harm, suicidal thoughts, and depression seem like it's not that big of a deal and it's just "everyday life" but in reality... it is a big deal and is NOT everyday life. It's NOT something to be messed with or left undealt with, so I feel that this disclaimer is necessary to add for those who've read the other Famous Person x Abused/Depressed/Traumatized Reader fanfics.)

~This is also a slow burn relationship between the reader and Markiplier, and there won't be any "steamy scenes" or lemons or limes, ABSOLUTELY NO SEXUAL STUFF. This is mostly a cutesy half romance/flirt/becoming a little closer than the closest of best friends thing that I want to write because 1) I'm an asexual and honestly can't feel sexual attraction (and honestly I doubt I feel romantic attraction either) to anyone and wouldn't be able to accurately write that anyways and 2) I have a young audience!! I refuse to write anything more than PG-13 and it will stay that way. Thank you!

~This story is very plot driven! While the main focus will be the growing relationship between you and Mark, I want to make sure that there's a story to drive the growing relationship! [I've read too many x Reader stories that lack a good plot...]

~I will try to remain as accurate as possible when it comes to geography, landmarks, etc in Los Angeles, so if you want to follow along with your own journey in the book, I recommend checking out any map of LA, and starting at a place called "Castaic Village." From there you'll be able to follow along (hopefully without too much confusion) with where you're traveling! I'm using a map to make sure everything remains as accurate and as realistic as possible! I did a LOT of research on this so getting chapters out took a little extra time to keep accuracy levels up!
