The Jackal Family: Infinites childhood

Sleep over at Gadgets

My cousins tackled me to a wall like they always do. teasing me and taking turns punching me in my gut.
after they were done they tossed me in the dumpster. and locked me out my own house.

I had it up to here with this family.
I decided to run away.
I got back inside from an open window and went to my room to pack my things.

After I packed everything i could carry i left the house with out a problem sense none of My family cared enough to pay attention to me.

I walked for hours trying to figure out were to go. thats when i bumped into gadget. who was star gazing.

Infinite is that you? He asked.

I tried to ignore him because he made me nervous. But of course he followed me.

Infinite are you okay? where are you off to? He asked.

I-I don't know. I replied.

You don't know? how do you not know? he asked.

I JUST DON'T KNOW OKAY! I yelled viciously.

I started to cry.

Infinite are you running away. if so you can always crash at my place. Gadget said worry in his eyes.

Really? (sniff) Are you sure your parents won't mind? I asked

Sure its okay. my parents are cool Wolfs. Gadget said as he grabbed my paw dragging me to his house.

Gadget allowed me to sleep in his bed while he slept on the floor in a sleeping bag.
He was really kind to me.

we stayed up late chatting. I confessed to Gadget my feelings for Shadow and Gadget was very helpful with his advice.

He told me That we are to young to know what love is. and we never know what the future holds.
He even said he really don't think Shadow hates me.

It was really nice chatting with Gadget.
I felt a bound grow between us. we became good friends.

Gadget showed me around his house the next morning and his parents were really nice. way different from my parents.

Gadget showed me his collection on toy whisp guns.
I found out Gadget and I had alot in common. We both love to draw. color and we love musicals.

Gadget told me he loves to sing. I love to sing to. but I never told anyone. I felt comfortable enough to tell gadget.

I had fun spending time with Gadget. even if he was a bit clingy.
He was a very good friend. He kept me company and whenever I talk down about myself he cheered me up again.

It was 5 o'clock in the afternoon the next day.
Gadget and I were playing his video games in the living room.
When Someone knocked on the door.

Gadgets mother opened the door and to my horror it was My dad.
Gadgets mother told me my dad was here to take me home.
I cried to her and begged her to let me stay.

She told me I have to go home. because my dad said so.

I brust into tears and run to gadgets room to collect my things.
Gadget followed me to help me pack.

I wish you could stay. Gadget said

I can't go back ..(sniffs) I won't. I said to him.

Where would you go? Gadget asked.

I thought of it. and only one Hedgehog came to mind.

I will go to Shadows place....M-m-maybe he will let me stay....I replied to Gadget.
