flashback to december of 2017, the day you auditioned, and the day you became a trainee for Big Hit.
the only thing going through your head was "im doing this for you" thats the only thing that kept you at the audition, you would've left if it wasn't for your promise.
november 2018, your life changed. for the better but you wouldnt realize that until later.
it was shocking at first, for all the members too. you were told you were going to debut, but they forgot to mention an important detail.
shaky, nervous, scared. those were the emotions you felt as you were on your way to meet your members. would you get along with them? what id they didnt like you?
carefully you opened the door. you already knew you were late which wasn't helping. being the last one there would leave an impression on them.
"sorry im la-" was all you could say before stopping in your tracks.
confused would be an understatement for how you were feeling. in front of you was bang pd and six boys, one looking older than the rest.
snapping out of your confused state you bowed saying "sorry im late i was at 1 million but you probably knew that"
"its ok. please take a seat y/n" pd nim gestured to the empty seat in between him and on of the boys. "you're probably confused to why you're here and im sure you want an explanation."
you responded by nodding quickly causing the boy next to you to giggle. now that you realized it he seemed to be the only one excited. the others look quite serious, one looking mad even.
"these five boys have been training for almost a year and are nearing their debut and well, we have decided that we want you to debut with them."
after seeing your confused face he continued damn you said:

"yes we want you to debut with them. i know it's a lot but we think you can do it. if you agree and sign this your new manager will catch you up on everything and you can start with your new group tomorrow!" he smiled

i looked at the table and thought for sec. this is my only chance, if i dont take it who knows if i'll ever get another one. hell i've been to what, 3 different companies and i finally get a chance.
"ok" i finally say
"great! sign this, take your time to read it if you want" he said pushing a contract in front of me
after skimming through it and getting the basics of it i signed. one boy sighed
"ok this is your manager sejin (idk their manager name i only know bts's😔) and welcome to tomorrow x together!" i nodded
"we'll leave you guys to get to know each other" and with that pd nim and manager sejin left the room.
the second the door was closed the boy that sighed and the boy that seemed angry started whispering. i felt my leg start bouncing involuntarily and i just looked down.
