A Love Story

Part One: First Day Back

3rd POV:

It's Charli and Dixie D'amelio's first day back from school. Dixie is starting off her junior year while Charli is on her sophomore. Dixie always warned Charli about sophomore because it is the actual beginning of high school. Freshmen year is to only get you settled in but the real heartbreaks of friendships and relationships is 10th grade. But Charli sees that as nonsense.

"Okay, I'm finally ready, Voni. How do I look?" Charli asks her best friend Avani, since grade school.

"Wow. Okay, you look amazing girl. Give me a twirl."

As Charli joking twirls for Avani she starts hyping her up until Dixie walks in and gives one of favorite lectures on how important it is not to goof around as much as they normally do.

"I mean, your crush Chase wouldn't like it would he?" Dixie teases.

"Wait how does she know?" Avani asks knowing Charli would literally die if anybody had found out that she had a crush on Chase.

Although, Charli has had a crush on Chase since the 5th grade when he had moved to New York City. She isn't very sure if they are friends or not but you could says she may be in love with him.

"She went through my journal. AGAIN." Charli says as she glares at her sister.

"Look, I'm just tryna look out for my lil sis. Nothing personal." Dixie defends.

"It is a big deal because you went through my belongings after a million times of telling you not to! And I don't NEED you to help or look out for me because I am fifteen years old and can clearly handle my responsibilities." Charli almost yells but realizes her parents are asleep.

"Yeah go tell that to 'Chasey Wasey.'" Dixie mocks and walks away with an angry Charli.

"hey, don't let her get to you. let's just hope things work out with chase this year." avani reassures her best friend.

"easy for you to say. you got together with anthony the second he found out you liked him. chase would probably file a restraining order or something." she jokes and causes her best friend to start dying of laughter.

as avani and charli head downstairs they see addison, dixie's best friend in the kitchen clearly waiting for dixie.

"where's dixie?? she's always making me late and for what? especially since today's the first day of junior year." addison says.

charli thought about junior year which is obviously way scarier then sophomore year. but she had to think positive about the new year if she would want a quick change.

dixie comes down after 20mins and calls for avani addison and charli to get into the car as they head off for school.

hiii!! ugh this first chapter is so shitty eww😭😭. i jus wanted to say i love these characters and if anything non positive happens it's out of love and this is a fictional story anyways.
