My name is Valentin, I'm going to get straight forward to the point, so I am not going to waste your time. I am an eighteen-year-old boy well man, I am the son of two Bulgarian Immigrant parents and the future Leader of The Young Detyn Entrepreneurship Program. I am also the head boy of my academy, with the highest grades along with two of my friends Teni, and Marcus. I am worth one hundred billion dollars not only because of my parent's wealth but my hard work to the society and my inventions. Now here's the catch I 'Was' all those things now I'm just a nobody. Here's how everything went downhill for me.

I woke up one Saturday morning getting ready for my interview at Big Jam's 'Big men association' also known a BMA. I had to apply for a place in the open slots for the BMA, because my dad who was the founder of a famous company called Mega Vortex domain.

"Valentin? Are you ready for your big day?" My mom asked me with a huge smile on her face.

My mom works in my dad's company, let's be honest she doesn't really do anything, considering the fact that she is always at home. I came downstairs with my fresh new suit I had gotten from one of my dad's colleague. "Oh, look at you" My mom replied, as her eyes were slightly looking at my father hoping he had seen me. My dad was reading one of his daily newspaper on his brown and gold designed couch, with one leg up to support the newspaper.

"Viktor! For goodness sake look at Valentin!" my mom yelled at my father.

"Sorry dear, you are right it looks astonishing" he replied like he didn't care.

My father has not been the I always care about you type, only when he needs to like when I am going to profit off something. "You know I'm not just going to hand all the faith and hope to you. I would like to see you get the job in order to gain it from me" he said. I thought to myself what he had just said was one of the most absurd things ever, after I get the job, I won't need his faith and hope. It would be utterly useless.

"I understand father" I replied in a polite tone, trying not to say anything after that.

I hurried and made myself breakfast and packed my stuff for my interview. "I have to be on my way" I said to my parents. "Ok, bye dear" my mother replied. I hurried quickly so I would not get late. I waited outside of my house gate for my driver Tobias to pick me up. As soon as I saw the car, I realized I left my résumé and went inside to quickly get It. I heard my parents discuss something I wasn't too sure about. I believe I heard them say something along the lines of "Have you decided to tell Valentin yet?" and "He will never know." I could not wait to or stop to listen because I did not want to go late. I hurried off to the car parked outside.

"Good Morning Mr. Valentin" Tobias said in a cheerful tone.

"Good morning to you Tobias, and please do call me Valentin" I replied.

"Are you ready for your big day?" he asked.

"Now that I have turned eighteen, I have things to be prepared about and things to preparing for. I have awaited this day, I am indeed ready, and I hope for the best." I replied sounding like I had everything under control, but I was panicking inside.

We were close to the BMA building when I suddenly got a call from Marcus who also was going on the same interview as I am.

"Hello?" I said

Marcus had just told me about how he was already there and how he had everything under control. I was very anxious for him because too much pride does not get anyone anywhere. I told him good luck and wished him for the best. I live in a city called Detyn City where everything is 'perfect'. We were all taught that we should be open about every situation in our lives. The whole idea was that Datyne City is filled with Therapist. The high council visited me one time when I was in second grade that secrecy is a bad thing. He told us to tell him all our secrets, I remember a kid saying that her parents were planning to leave the city and how her family were having a secret meeting. I also remember me saying that I hated my mother's wigs. The next day the girl who told her families plan to leave the city, they were murdered, and she had to leave to get different plans from the high council. I had reached my destination and was prepared for the worst and the best. I quickly got outside the car and went to the waiting room inside the building.

It was almost an hour till my name was called out to go for my interview. I then went to the room I was assigned to, so I proceeded to the room number. It took about an hour and a few minutes till my interview was over. Which was the same time Marcus and I went out.

"So, what did you get Marcus?' I asked curiously. Marcus looked like he had just smelt the worst thing in his entire life.

"What's wrong?" I asked curiously. I had a feeling that he was going to say something bad, but Marcus has always been the Joking type.

"I got rejected" Marcus said with a sigh at the end. I kept telling him he was joking but he kept refusing it, so I had to believe he was not. He then asked me about mine, and I told him I was accepted. He had a look of disbelief yet annoyed so I all I could do was wonder what he was thinking.

"Well, Isn't that great. Mr. Perfect is perfect after all" Marcus said but he sounded so serious.

"Hey, what are talking about?" I asked so confused.

"Congrats Valentin, I have to go run some errands. Good day to you" Marcus said not even looking at me.

"Thank you and I am so sorry" I replied hoping he had heard me; even though he was a distance away from me.
