Chapter 6

Moments later when they got to the hospital they wheeled me to the E.R to what was wrong with me. Unfortunately I wasn't breathing anf my heart was beating pretty fast, probably faster than a person hopping.

Luke and Mike were pretty worried about me as they had to wait in the waiting room. Luke was sitting down in a chair with his hands folded and Mike was pacing back and forth muttering things to himself.

About an hour passed by and the doctor then came out to give them the news.

"Christy is alright, she had a slight heart attack it was nothing severe...it coukd have been worse" she said to them. "Was there a cause to this heart attack? Something that happened?" She asked the both of them.

"No, not that we know of" mike answered as he looked at her. But before he got to speak again luke spoke.

"Can we see her" he asked the doctor. She gave a small smile as she nods.

"Go ahead, she's just down the hall to the room on the right" she said pointing down the hall. They nodded as luke got up.

"Thank you" they both said before running down the hall a little ro Christy's room. Once they walked inside she was fast asleep, and in one of those hospital gowns.

Mike breathed softly as he walked over to the side of my bed and held my hand lightly. "You had me worried.." he said softly to me. Luke stood against the wall as his head was toward the window a bit as he breathed softly.

"Do you know what could have caused her heart attack?" Luke asked mike as he turned his head toward him.

"No but I had a idea but it can't be ture" he said as he looked over at luke.

"Say it, at least it could give us a clue" luke said as he moved his messy black hair back a bit.

"Maybe her boyfriend, Jeremy could have cheated on her and she could sense it, like how he could sense when she's in trouble.." then mike looked up as he figured it out but was also mad.

"That little piece of shit, he should have been at the school right that moment when she fainted, but he's probably hitting on another girl" mike gritted his teeth as he tightened his hand a bit and heard a whimper on his said.

"Oww your hurting me" a small scared voice said. Mike turned his head seeing that i woke up.  He then let go of my hand. "Sorry" he said as he sighed in relief.

Luke then turned his head toward me as I looked his way. A small blush formed across my cheeks but then looked away a bit.

"Why am I in the hospital?" I asked as I looked at the both of them.

"You fainted during lunch.." luke answered as then mike continued. " and the doctor said you had a heart attack" mike said.

I was slightly concerned but then remembered a little as I clutched my fist a bit crying. "Jeremy might be cheating on me" I sobbed into my hands as luke walked over and hugged me.

My eyes widened a bit as the blush came back on my face. The hug felt nice, it felt better than when Jeremy hugs me. I felt more safer around luke, like as if I was with the wrong guy the whole time.

"Shh, it's ok" he whispered softly in my ear which sent small shivers down my back getting goose bumps. The way he talked to me sounded like a nice beautiful song that I would want to listen to everyday.

"So, er.. christy I'll take you home" mike said as he looked at me as I was getting comfortable in luke's hug as he knew what I was thinking and mike smirked and tried not to laugh. "Mm ok" I said softly.
