Chapter 12

As luke walked into the house everyone was still asleep. He went straight up to Chrsty's room and wrote another note to Joyce and mike if they wondered where we went, it read.

Dear Joyce and Mike,
Me and Christy went out around town, we will be back later so don't need to worry about us.
Sincerely Luke,

He put the note on the dining table down stairs as he carried Christy bridal style and walked outside. It was kinda early, so she probably wouldn't wake up till later. Luke walked back to the alley that he was at and punched in the numbers again as the portal opened.

Luke walked threw the portal and sighed as the portal disappered making the whooshing sound. It started to annoy him now, but he held it back since he was holding christy in his arms.

"Ahh luke your back" John said as he walked over to me and looked at the young girl in my arms. "So this is your girlfriend, my my, you got a fine catch there luke" he chuckled a bit and luke scoffed at his joke a bit.

"Now, where is the 'special' symbol you were talking about" John asked as he looked at luke. Luke then put his finger on her head but it wasn't there, but when he moved his hand down to her arms the symbol appeared like a tattoo.

John looked at the symbol as he sighed a bit and looked back at luke. "Hm..surprising that you found the girl who holds the key to the new world for the Blazers..but how could she hold the key if she is a mere mortal" John said.

"Well for sure I know that her mom is human, if not she would have probably tried a attack on me but I know nothing about her father, he doesn't really live with them, only her brothet lives with her dad"luke said as he moved his hand away from her arms as the symbol disappeared slowly.

John got excited about hearing that she had a brother. "Ooo! You must bring the brother as well, maybe he has more information about the father" he said as a smiled appeared on his face.

Luke knew what John was thinking, but he wasn't sure if he wanted to break it down to John that mike might not be gay or bi. But he didn't want to crush his heart so he didn't say anything. "For now she can stay in your room" John said to luke.

"I had a room here?" Luke asked as he didn't know that HQ had rooms now. "Maybe if you didn't leave you would have seen your room, but it's down the right hall and second door to the left" John said guiding him.

Luke nodded as he started to walk his room. He noticed it needed his ID so he brought his card out and it scanned his card and the door clicked ad he opened it. The room was very spacious and it was grey and dull, just the way luke liked it.

He closed the door behind him and walked over to the bed. He layed Christy down softly and pulled the blanket over her and smiled kissing her forehead. He then looked around his room and sat in a chair at a desk doing some research on Christy's family tree.
