City of Arcania. A place with an area of 16,000 sq. Km. People come here to enjoy life. It a heaven on earth. Anywhere you look you will see successful people. Billionaires gambling in casinos.

In this city you can find anything you want. Life, love, money, success and even death. A place this successful will have darkness. In this city alone there are over 200 gangs.

Each gang led by an exceptional Esper. Now, what is an esper. To be in this city a person has to go through the Power Curriculum Program. People develop their own personal reality.

Basically, they obtain super powers. People are devided into levels. 0 to 5.

This city has a population of 16 million. Among those 16 million only about a thousand are level 5. And these level 5 are ones leading the under world.

Kakine was pushed in the ground. He was unable to move.

Kakine's head was separated from his body.  But before his death he saw something behind Accelerator. At first the tornados changed to white wings like that of an angel, then platinum, it was getting brighter and brighter when suddenly the his wings became black. A fallen angel.

Timeskip Accelerator's Old Apartment

I remember that I lived here. But why am I alone ? Is this how I always have been ?I have so many questions but no answers.

After, a while Esters goes to a supermarket to buy some food. Accelator was trying to remember what happened. He could a group of people around a round table giving off a maniacal smile. Below them was corpses of 20,03 girls, a black haired boy ,a blue haired woman and a female scientist.

"Who are they ? Why are they all dead ? That small looked some one important for me "

Accelator wanted some air so went out to stroll. He made his way to an Alley way.

A guy tried to punch him but he was thrown away.
